Great place, staff and products

The guys are always helpful. Very friendly. Your messages will be returned fast. Deliveries are great and always on time. Never had any problem with any product I purchased. Amazing choice of raw food and treats. Love everything about the guys.

The customer service here is excellent

The customer service here is excellent. The staff are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. My orders are always on time and the odd time something is out of stock they contact me to offer an alternative. If I do not want the alternative, then a, refund is offered immediately..

I recommend Timmy's to everyone and I will be shopping here for as long as I need to..
