Tips from across the pond!
I live in the US and needed tips for my wife's prescription Ray-Ban's, the only place that carried them was Rayban Repairs in the UK. I placed the order and within a day, they were contacting me via e-mail to ensure that the correct product was shipped. The follow through customer service was exemplary! We stayed in touch via email until the package arrived at my home in Miami, FL. I am so grateful and thankful to the team at Rayban Repairs UK. Will definitely be ordering from them again, and soon!

I ordered something with a 5 working days time period. Its been 2 weeks and I never received an order confirmation so I've no idea where the glasses are or if they are even coming

I was a bit nervous having read some of the reviews, although it seems a lot of them are for RayBan more generally and not raybanrepairs. I was so happy with the service. Had a real 'oops' moment as I sat on my lovely RayBans which are end of line and no longer in stock anywhere - they were completely wonky. Sent for repair to this company and they came back as good as new. A lesson for me not to be such a dope, but so pleased they were able to fix them for me! Thank you!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They take your money, and do not reply to any emails. I would avoid at all costs.
No response to weekly requests to return
Had no response to either of my weekly requests to return queries as my glasses arrived weeks late so bought another pair.
I will provide an update on this site regarding the handling of my return.
Brought Ray-Ban stories for £299 off…
Brought Ray-Ban stories for £299 off their website.
Unfortunately had an accident in August witch caused the arm to snap off so I took them to the shop to try get repaired and was told they can't be fixed and and if I still want stories I will have to buy another pair and offered to show me what ones I could buy witch I found an insult.
So I contacted the website for them to tell me that a £299 pair of glasses only have a 1year warranty and I'm just over a week and a half so can not help then showed me discounted glasses for sale very annoyed as was loving my glasses but 1year warranty is awful for a £299 product should be 2-3 at least very disappointed.
Rubbish sunglasses, rubbish customer service Purchased Wayfarers for my dad a couple…
Purchased Wayfarers for my dad a couple of years ago, he never wore them. This April, I made him wear them on holiday. First time wearing, he pushed them on top of his head, frame broke, lense fell out and smashed on the floor!!!
Emailed Ray-Ban customer service, told as it was over 2 years, no warranty, they offered to repair for £102 plus I had to pay postage!!! After much to-ing and fro-ing, no budging. Glasses in bin, back to Oakley!
Great service and Manager
Great service for Rayban lenses replacement at Carnaby street. The manager lady is super understanding and arranged to replacement my lenses very quickly, huge thanks to her. Just picked them up and glasses now look amazing, great service there.
Didn’t have my model but refunded
I was looking for a specific model which Ray-Ban don’t make anymore but was advertised, so I thought they had old stock. I ordered but like many they don’t actually hold much stock and couldn’t get my order. I had a few communications difficulties that were addressed and was fully refunded. Probably not an issue if going for a standard, current model.
Great Product Poor Buchanan Street Staff

Staff seem unable to accept criticism for an incorrect custom order without playing the abusive customer card. On top of that they wholly fail to offer any form of remedial solution when the resolution is staring them in the face.

This company is brilliant!! A year ago I smashed my lenses in my RayBans. I was back and forth with them in the Text Chat and they were really helpful in reassuring me I had the right legitimate replacements etc for my frames. Roll forward a year, and last week the screw holding my lenses fell out (local optician put the lenses in first time around). Anyway - I went online to find replacement screws, thought I’d found the correct ones but, through online text again they (Thankfully!) advised I’d ordered the wrong screws … so they cancelled the order and sent me the link the correct ones. They knew I was going on holiday so they sent them to me really quickly and my crisis was overted!!
I HIGHLY recommend this company and am SO pleased I have found them!!! They’re super knowledgeable, very helpful and get things to you quickly!! xx
No communication at all once I paid
Treated myself to some Ray-bans found a lovely pair, ordered and paid.. from then on absolutely nothing from Ray-ban themselves….. No email confirmation, No delivery info, tried to log into the site with the info I had set my account up with as I was considering buying myself and my husband some prescription lens glasses, inputted to get a notice saying no account exists this filled me with dread that I’d been scammed
When they arrived I was really underwhelmed with the battered Ray-ban box which looked like it had been kicked across the warehouse floor, No invoice
Lovely glasses but come on Ray-ban your a huge business keeping customers up to date should be a major aspect of your service.. I get more info of an Etsy seller

These guys really know their stuff! Cannot fault them and especially with the pandemic at the moment. After reading other reviews I was disappointed to see other people complaining about waiting times as many companies are suffering with a depleted workforce. Patience is a virtue!
My experience with this company has been nothing but fabulous. They really couldn't do enough for me. They kept me up to date with my repair and my return and they have arrived back safely and looking amazing, I will definitely be sending all my glasses here in the future. Fabulous finish at an amazing price. Well done Rayban repairs and a huge THANK YOU!
Really disappointing....no glasses and no refund!
Really disappointing....I ordered some sunglasses for a Christmas present for my partner. Three weeks later and they have not arrived. I contacted Rayban to see where they were. They had been sent back to the distribution centre because they had failed to send it to the correct address.
This was on the 9th November.
I was told I would receive a full refund. Two weeks later I had not recieved a refund.
I called Rayban and was told the latest I would receive this would be 16th December.
So I patiently waited. It is now the 17th December and after numerous phone call's I am still waiting.
I'm shocked that such a large, so called reputable company such as Rayban has let me down so much. I have been more than patient and reasonable. I hope others don't receive the same treatment.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I initially ordered the wrong size lenses and RBR exchanged them really quickly and kept me updated. The replacement lenses are excellent and are supplied with the correctly sized screwdriver. I would certainly recommend this company to all. Thanks very much.
Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing! Much cheaper than buying a new pair and came back as good as new! Super speedy turn around, sent mine off morning of the 12th, came through my letter box on the 14th! Highly recommended!
