I received my dress yesterday, it’s not what the picture was advertised has it came & it’s the poorest quality of a dress I have ever seen in my life. I can’t even wear it.I won’t be buying from these again. I am trying to get my refund back. Don’t buy from these!!!!!!

Scam company with fake website portraying they small business in the UK when in fact they in China and drop shipping. They also automatically add on package insurance when not asked. Long, long shipping times and product is 'cheap'. Recommend you do not use them.

Don't touch it. There products are rubbish and refunds impossible as it'll get lost in China. Costs £27 to ship return to China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ITS A SCAM TOOK MORE MONEY OFF ME AND IS SAYING THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS REFUNDS! I have given them 7 days to refund and I have notified my bank about this company. If no refund I will contact action fraud and trading standards too

I ORDERED A SWIMSUIT, it arrived and the size was so small, I didn't even need to try it on! They offer 30 day refunds, sadly this is now not the intention of Rayida.
I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND WOULD NOT BUY EVER AGAIN.

I cancelled my order within hours. It had not been sent out. Got an email to say it's cancelled but then told their systems are not working and they are unable to refund payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam
Do not buy from them order a suit since feb the product was delivered in April bad and low quality fabric.
A whole whooping 60£, I requested for refund but it was in the favour of the seller.
They are thieves day light robbery they claim to be based in London.
They are thieves beware of them.

1 x Women’s Quilted Jacket with Turned-Down Collar and Snap Closure
The above is the item I ordered from this Company on 16 March and it eventually arrived on the 4th April. On opening the package the jacket was nothing like the one advertised on their website, very cheap, poorly made and smelly. I had already requested a refund as I ordered a different jacket from another Company which arrived within two days but was told I would have to wait until the jacket arrived before this could be set in motion but there would be no issue in getting my refund. It was only then I was told this had to be returned to China at my expense which was going to be very costly I quote £29-£39 and there was no mention of China in their refund/returns policy, I have subsequently had a very long ongoing process via e-mail trying to get my money back but to no avail unless I sent the jacket to China which I refused to do. Please also be aware that there is no store in London. In my opinion, I think the goods are made in China as that is their Company address, then sent to a warehouse in London and shipped to unsuspecting Customers thinking they are going to get well made clothes. In the end I sent this dreadful excuse for a jacket back to the address on the parcel which I presume is their warehouse in Feltham, London. They now have the jacket and my money but still won't refund me as I didn't comply with them in returning the item to China. I have been offered a 30% and 40% refund which I refused as I want 100% refund which is my right. They also said I could have 60% discount if I bought another item. In conclusion please be very wary of this Company as they would appear to be operating a supposed Company in London when in fact it's in China. Unfortunately I had no option but to give them 1 star but based on my experience I wouldn't have given them any.

What an absolute disgraceful company. Poor quality clothing and their royal mail express delivery is anything but express. After various offers of discounts off future purchases instead of just letting me return the item and getting a refund, they then want me to pay to return to China which will cost a third of the price of the item with no guarantee they will refund, as I'm sure a loophole will be found somewhere. The only guarantee is that i will not be purchasing from them again. I have learnt my lesson.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The item arrived in poor quality, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service to arrange a return, I’ve only been offered discounts instead of the refund I requested. I’m not interested in a discount—only a full refund for the unsatisfactory product. Based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this seller

This company is a scam. The clothing is not sized correctly and feels nasty. Their returns policy means absolutely nothing. I was sent round in circles, sending photos of me in an item that’s too small for me, probably giving someone a right laugh! There has been no satisfactory resolution.
They claim their trust pilot score is 4.8, but this is not genuine. They also have a nice website, with images of a store in London, all of which is fake. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I can’t quite believe I fell for it!!

Di not use this Company. They are a Chinese based company, the products are not as shown and takes weeks to arrive. AVOID.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. If the item you receive or doesn’t match what you ordered they won’t refund you back your money. Instead they will try everything else under the sun. Partial refund, swapping of item etc. they are absolute scammers these people.

I ordered a jumper from Rayida in olive green whe it arrived it was a washed out light green and the quality was poor. I would not recommed using this company at all.

Ordered boots - wrong colour arrived, wrong size , not leather but manmade material, overall quality poor and nowhere worth the price, took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, not royal mail but bloke on bike delivered, paid via paypal and stated a case to hopefully get a refund!

Ordered two shirts, took ages to arrive, it seemed strange it took so long given the website says its a London store (this was a lie).
Online it said deliveries are taking longer because they are moving store or something.
Anyway, I ordered shirts from another place they came so i wanted to return the ones from Rayida (customer pays returns) - so... return to China!!!, costs etc, nightmare. Sent them back, shirts got stuck in customs - no refund, no shirts. Its a total con!

The longest shipping time of my life. Ordered a top weeks ago and it is still not delivered. When I reached out they were very quick (almost AI quick…) and said oh it’s on it’s way. Where’s it coming from? The moon? Absolute joke.

I ordered a cotton mens jacket from Rayida over 10 days ago. It arrived today and it is extremely poor quality. I am average build with a 38 inch chest and I ordered a medium size. It was way too small and the sleeves were about 2 inches short. It was poorly made with numerous cotton threads hanging from seams. Essentially not fit for purpose. It certainly did not match the quality aa described in the sales description. Within their sales material Rayida state they have a shop in London and display a photograph of the shop front; however on investigation I was unable to locate the exact address; I suspect the quote to be false.

I bought a coat from them. It looked very nice in the picture. Not only did it take over two weeks to get to me, but when I opened the package, I saw a literal rag. Not only that, but the Ti plastic itself is still shiny in daylight. This is a thieving company. I only managed to get a 30% refund from them; if I wanted the full amount, I'd have to send it back to China. I'm angry that they ripped me off. I ended up throwing away a total of £50. I don't recommend them; the products are of very poor quality.
