Home condition report

We instructed a home condition inspection (snagging and defect survey), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The surveyor arrived on time, was very friendly and approachable, yet highly professional. He spent several hours carefully inspecting every detail, identified all defects, using a thermal camera and a moisture reader, and explained everything clearly to us on site. We received a detailed and professional report the following day. Highly recommended.

Excellent Home Inspection survey!

We hired RB inspectors for a snagging inspection after completing the kitchen extension works. With their thermal camera, they discovered cold spots on the ceiling. The builder installed the insulation poorly, and the roof felt was not sealed properly, which would have caused major damage in the long run. We highly recommend RB inspectors for any Home inspections!

Money definitely well spent

I had a lot of building work done to my house and as the works were coming to an end, I wanted an independent list of minor defects so I could present it to the builder.

Having a report with photographic evidence was very helpful because my builder took it seriously and he was able to give a copy to his tradespeople to complete the work.

We ended up with a very smooth completion to my project. Money definitely well spent.
