The worst credit card services. Do not ever apply for the card.

Worst service ever. Customer service wasn't ready to give or share any information regarding loan account with the account holder itself.

PATHETIC SERVICE AND IF I HAD AN OPTION I WOULD HAVE SELECTED AS 0 RATINGS

"I am deeply hurt by RBL Bank's unethical sales practices. Your representative sold me a credit card by lying and misleading me. The promises made at the time of selling the card turned out to be completely false. This is a clear case of customer fraud.

Please do not get into RBL Credit card . Their collection agents behave like goondas/ self styled magistrates. Use very abusive language. Despite litigate in Court, they threaten. Some will call on & some comes in between & threaten with kidnap, seize your house
If you write to customer service, they need number . By any chance you missed their , they call spouses number. In total they flout all RBI guidelines .They will say we are least bothered with court & we know how to collect money.

Credit cards from this bank are a complete fraud. They charge many hidden fees and unnecessary charges. It is one of the worst and most useless banks. No matter how many negative words are used, it will still be less for this bank.
Customers never receive accurate information. Instead, they are often given wrong or misleading information. Later, when customers make payments based on that incorrect information, the bank again applies additional charges.
This is a very big fraud. I request everyone not to fall into the trap of this bank’s credit card or any of their schemes. The customer service is extremely poor and completely useless. Always wrong information provide.

Drama bank dont want to do anything. Never choose this bank. They are now under screening. They say that cybercrimals took all money. But they lie. Fake bank.

Worst service, it will take hole day , staff are doing timepass , they are not interested to doing work branch manage not taking action on staff for delayed service , SOME BRANCHES ALL STAFFS ARE GOING TO WALKING AFTER LUNCH for easy digestion,

It is one of the worst bank in india, if anyone of the persons don't take any loans from it, this bank workers call many times even night also, they said to bank customer s, even one EMI Pending it is a RBI rules, and RBI strictly ordered to my banks, so u will at anycost EMI remitted in today within 12 pm before the 26 February financial year ending. And hundreds of times call to me, it is a mentally harassing, so dear friends and customers ur sleep without food and shelter, if any cause don't take any loans in this Specially RBL BANK, NOT ONLY THIS DON'T TAKE LOANS IN ANYWAY IN OTHER BANKS also. I am not to tome writes more about the banks pros and cons, in rest of time upcoming days i will writing details.

Would like to appreciate the Borivali branch banking staff for 2 instances. 1. Staff helped me allocate bank locker (though a smaller one) & guiding me thru the whole process at a time where i desperately needed one. 2. Also, I am very thankful to the RBL Bank staff for their help in unfortunate circumstance when i needed urgent funds - they were very kind and helpful while helping me close an FD, making the whole process simple and stress-free.
I really appreciate how respectfully they treated me during my difficult times.

Biggest mistake of taking a credit card with RBL bank. Pathetic !!!Pathetic !!! pathetic !!! Under qualified staff who are least interested to make effort to work on Customer queries. They do not want put any effort to Investigate on the client concerns!! NEVER EVER get into any kind of relation or business with RBL team !!! One of the hideous customer service !!! God save this bank!!! There is no future for this pathetic bank!!!

Have been a customer for over 10 years. I find the app very good and overall service quality is also very good.

Please don't use rbl credit card it's totally fraud

FRAUD BANK OF INDIA HIGH CREDIT CARD INTEREST CHARGES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad Bank, Worst credit card. There is no customer support to talk to. In any emergency we have to send them an email and they will respond whenever they can ( minimum 3 days).

If we buy Rs 2000 petrol you have to pay Rs 23 as a charge.

Many hidden charges, you can’t properly access statements.

As I paid hidden fee of 4800 and 900 gst and 5000 upgrade fee now I can’t even cancel it.

Don’t trust any company that doesn’t have customer support or customer care.

If I could give rating in negative

Every work takes months to be addressed and resolved

They try their best to sell an investment. But zero speed in services and immense procrastination

The recent experience with this bank was pathetic and unprofessional.the staff is careless and not concerned about customer suffering.Just because of KYC issue they freeze the account without pre informed,and end results penalty for regular EMI, premium deduction, and GPay activities. don't want to continue my financial way with this unprofessional people so I shut my account and other savings with them on priority.No more RBl.
