Job was to replace our very dated back boiler with a new Worcester Combi Boiler, also replacing most of our existing radiators and installing two new towel rails. This was all done in a day!

They returned for a second day to install three additional radiators into an existing extension that did not have any current heating.

The entire job was completed efficiently, very tidily and with complete professionalism.

Every member of staff that we had contact with - both in the office and on site - were polite, helpful and informative throughout.

A huge thank you to Josh, Harvey, Alfie and I think two others who’s names I missed, so sorry! You are all such a credit to this company and worked so hard!

I cannot recommend R B Poolman's enough - they will be our first point of call for all future work.

Engineer was friendly arrived on time did a very good job and advised me how to save money by using the control box differently.

The gentleman who came from Poolman arrived at the time I was told he would be here. All the work he did was done to a good standard and he cleared up nicely before he left which was very important

Very personable man fixed the pressure issue with the glowworm boiler at the flat.
As the boiler had been broken by a tenant, he explained how to work around this using a spanner.

Poolman offer an all in service agreement from their local base using their own staff. Easy to contact and book services using their knowledgeable staff.

Really excellent service on our boiler, engineer explained what he was doing and gave good advice on how to get the best out of it.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful company. Answered all questions happily, managed to install the boiler despite a lot of difficulties with access to the attic. I would (and have already) recommend this company to friends and family

Ryan came to our property twice during the quotation stage to reassure us work being recommended by another business was unnecessary. He was clear and knowledgeable about our needs. Josh and Luke came to install a new boiler and radiator on the day, and were polite, friendly and efficient, explaining the work that had been done, and how to use the equipment. Very pleased with the service and aftercare.

R B Poolman quoted to install a boiler they were not familiar with for us, despite them not being familiar they didn’t let this scare them and they didn’t say no (bet they wish they did now, only joking, haha). They spent 2 days in total at our property installing the boiler, working in all weathers and into the dark as our boiler is situated in a boiler house outdoors. We struck a few problems afterwards, one with the heating being on constantly and then it not connecting up to our thermostat but everytime I rang up, the girls in the office were very helpful and had someone out straight away to sort the problems. The most recent issue we had, we had to call the manufacturer out as R B poolman advised, we did indeed do that and they advised we needed to get R B poolman out just to correct a few things so the boiler would work to its full potential, again they were more than happy too and this wasn’t a problem. R B Poolman could have said from the get go we don’t feel comfortable fitting the boiler you’ve purchased, but they were very aware of our current situation of no heating with two young children and were very willing to help. Honestly they couldn’t have been more helpful. In the kindest way possible I now hope I don’t have to see them again about this boiler, but will see them in the future for any new works! Thanks again ☺️

New Boiler Instillation.
What impressed me most was the great communication, after several emails back and forward
Laura phoned me. Speaking to a real person which is rare these days made the whole process more personnel. The engineers turned up on time (Charlie & Ollie) They were very professional ,no fuss no mess got stuck into the job straight away .
Prior to the instillation i had received 4 quotes
What surprised me they all quoted for the same boiler ,instillation standard between all quotes. That's where the similarities end. The difference in quotes varied to the tune of 1700 pounds

The engineer arrived on time, and before entering into the house changed into indoor soft shoes to avoid bringing any dirt inside. They worked cleanly and efficiently on the job, and projected a friendly and approachable manner throughout. At the end they took time to run through various options for boiler cover, but there was no hard sale involved.

We have a service plan with RB Poolman. We were able to have a visit by an engineer on the same day the fault with the boiler arose. The engineer was very professional and helpful - as all the staff are at RB Poolman. The fault was remedied and no issues have arisen since. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
