Just had Ryan visit for an estimate at time requested. Polite, knowledgeable, no sales pitch (picked-up I knew a little bit) just highly professional. Even took time out to solve an enduring radiator problem. Estimate competitively priced from the other three I've had.
Just been reviewing other experiences below and spotted another 5* review from a friend I know with very high/demanding standards who have used RB Poolman P&H with their installation. All helps in decision making!

Heating engineer located fault to a leaking valve on the boiler having checked the whole gas supply in the house. Replacement part when it arrived fitted quickly.
Unfortunately faulty part took a few days to acquire on the coldest few days of winter

We have been working with R B Poolman for the past 1.5 years. They installed our Worcester Bosch boiler, recently did an annual boiler check, and fully renovated our bathroom last year. I highly recommend them.

Great communication, speedy response to request and fantastic quality work

Although the guys were very pleasant, and looked like they'd done a great job, one radiator had been left not heating up and some faulty wiring resulted in the boiler tripping out and leaving us without power, light, hot water or heating.
Jack who you sent out to see us at 5pm the following day did a brilliant diagnosis and repair and sorted out the radiator too. He is a credit to your company.
All in all, disappointing when you're spending just shy of £5000.

No hassles from quote to the completion of work, very friendly company lads who did the work were courteous polite and left the house clean and tidy.

We had a new boiler fitted in a different location to the original boiler which needed a new vertical flue and the work carried out by Josh and Luke was very professional. They encountered a problem with the old wiring and a colleague came very quickly to assist them and the problem was solved without any fuss. They worked non stop and fitted a new filter flushed the system and had everything up and running by the end of the day. Everything was cleaned up and all the old boiler and packaging removed. We have been using the new boiler for just over a week now and it’s running well.

The telephone communication with R B Poolman was great and the response to our enquiry for a new boiler was quick. The appointment was on time and everything thing was explained very clearly, and the cost for the job was emailed to us the same day.
The installation team arrived on time and were friendly and efficient and did a great job. When the job was finished everything we needed to know about the operating system was explained very clearly to us.

The team of 2 arrived exactly on time, explained the work were doing. They asked permission to modify the boiler cupboard and tidied up before they left.

The engineer was on time, did a thorough job sorting out the leak from the radiator joint and made sure he left everything clean and tidy.

Great all round service from booking in boiler service to having it done. Fault was found and engineer rang Worcester boilers (as under warranty) explained what was wrong and arranged for them to replace and fit part. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Ryan listened to our issues and gave us clear advice. There was only a two-week wait for our new boiler to be fitted. The engineers were polite and worked quickly and cleanly - left the house cleaner than they found it. The ladies in the office are concerned to make sure we are happy too. We shall definitely use this company for our central heating needs in future.

I needed a new boiler and a friend recommended R B Poolman who gave me a very fair quote. The new boiler was installed very promptly and the engineer who fitted it was extremely good in every way. I have very recently had RB Poolman do a boiler upgrade and received an outstanding service from start to completion.
From making an enquiry via the website the response time was very quick. A special mention of Max who installed our new boiler who was exceptional. Max worked constantly throughout the day starting at 08:15 and refused to leave until the job was completed to a very high standard, finally finishing at 19:45. I also recommend RP Poolman to a friend who has also had some works done at the same time, who has also been very impressed with the professional service. I have had many years experiences of similar companies and can honestly say none of those come anywhere close.
