Nous regrettons que votre expérience n’ait pas été pleinement satisfaisante. Chez RB Poster, nous nous engageons à fournir une qualité d’impression irréprochable, tant au niveau du papier que des encres, soigneusement sélectionnées pour garantir une durabilité optimale sans perte de couleur.

Nous comprenons que les goûts peuvent évoluer, mais comme précisé clairement sur notre site, nous appliquons une politique de retours conforme à la législation européenne, et allons souvent au-delà de nos obligations pour satisfaire nos clients — ce qui a été fait dans votre cas.

Concernant la qualité "médiocre" mentionnée, nous vous invitons à comparer nos affiches avec celles d’autres marques. C’est justement là que la différence se fait sentir.

Cela dit, merci pour votre avis. Nous savons que tout le monde n’accorde pas la même valeur au travail artisanal et à la qualité, mais nous restons concentrés sur ceux qui le font.

Entendemos que los gustos pueden cambiar, pero como indicamos claramente en nuestra web, seguimos una política de devoluciones conforme a la legislación europea, y en muchas ocasiones vamos más allá para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente —como fue tu caso.

Sobre la calidad “mediocre” que mencionas, te animamos a comparar nuestras láminas con otras del mercado. Ahí es donde realmente se nota la diferencia.

Aun así, agradecemos tu opinión. Sabemos que no todo el mundo valora el trabajo artesanal y la calidad como otros clientes satisfechos, pero seguiremos centrados en quienes sí lo hacen.

es tut uns leid zu hören, dass es Probleme mit der Lieferung gab! Dein Paket wurde zweimal zugestellt, aber leider konnte es nicht empfangen werden. Keine Sorge, das Team von RB Poster ist bereits mit dir in Kontakt, um die Rückerstattung zu klären. 🙂

Furthermore, we strongly reject the unfounded accusations about our quality and service. At RB Poster, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.

We would also like to inform you that we will take legal action for these FALSE and defamatory claims. You will receive a formal legal complaint directly from Spain.
