Liar and arrogant
I ordered a wire drive, plus other things within the same order, from this seller on 23rd of june 2026 and it came on 6th of july. When I got my parcel, I noticed a hole in the bag. I opened up the bag and the wire drive wasnt inside...ok?! I told the seller this with image of the damaged bag, he said those things can happen to get lost in the mail. He sent me a new wire with the same shipping method. This time I got the wire drive intact in the bag with good bubble wrap around it. I think the seller never packed it well the very first time and thats why it punctured the bag. I paid customs fee in Sweden for the 1st parcel for all items minus the lost wire, then he resend a new one and I had to pay 2nd time customs fee in Sweden. I think it isnt fair that I need to pay 2nd time customs and I contacted australian post if they can refund me for damaged 1st parcel, they said to contact swedish post since they cant only help customers within Australia. Also, alternative I can contact the seller in australia, said australian post and that I tell the seller to contact his australian postoffice. First, I reached out swedish post office, they told me in Sweden that I need to reach out to australian post where the postage was bought. So, I reached out at the end to the seller and told him to contact australian post if the their post office can refund me the customs fee 1st damaged parcel. Well, rcboatbitz never made an effort to make a phone call or message australian post. He didnt care to respond back to me about this. So, I made a complaint to paypal and gave all the evidence. The sellerÂŽs paypal responce was that the 1st parcel was damaged (true in that) or that customs removed the wire drive...haha, customs usually contact the receiver (me) if they have opened up a package. The wire drive just fell thru, thats all, I suspect by poor packaging. Also, he replied in the same message to paypal that he had put "gift" on the declaration sticker, for the 2nd parcel. Well, that is a lie since I have an image of the 2nd parcel and he checked "commercial sample". I never gonna buy from this seller again. Also, some years ago I asked this seller few questions about rc boat; since I bought a rc boat and I was new to this hobby, the sellerÂŽs unhelpful responce was that I need buy before I can get any useful tips. So, he cant just give some pointers first?!? No, one needs to pay before get help. Not only a liar he is but also arrogant. Thats no way to run a business! If u want me to remove this review about u in Trustpilot, then pay me back 20 euro for the 1st customs fee, is not my fault u package badly the 1st parcel. U could have just made a simple phone call and ask australian post if they can refund customs fee to me, simple as that.
