Ricky came round for the second time in a week, this time to fix the problem he had diagnosed in the initial call out. He switched the part in a very timely fashion, made sure to fully check everything was working, and explained what he had done. Top service.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. RCB Plumbing first came out to service the boiler and were very helpful in advising me on thermostat opinions and how to deal with low pressure. Then they did work on our shower tap which had been stuck on hot for months. It was obviously a hard job to get the tap off without causing damage but they persevered and succeeded. Overall Iâm very and will continue to use them in the future.

Great service. Called them out on a Saturday as our ASHP heating and hot water was down and they turned up a few hours later. A new circulation pump had to be ordered and they returned on the Tuesday once the part was received to fix the issue
