Just had my 7 windows and 2 doors fitted by RCH. Barry and his team done a great job, very friendly, tidied up as well and left a good job, would recommend.

Returning customer I Recently had full house of windows & front & back doors house in Irvine I am renovating supplied & fitted by RCH windows & doors after having used RCH for there services which is second to none from survey to final fit . I asked for Barry & his team to fit the windows etc as having seen first hand Barry’s fitting skills previously in my properties , again he didn’t fail first class job left by barry and his team 10/10 recommend RCH to anyone thinking of upgrading there property look no ware else !! From start to finish there was no problems. No hard sales tactics. Mark and Graham were brilliant, their window fitting and finish throughout was brilliant. I'm delighted with their work. The windows inside and out are superb.

AVOID AVOID AVOID My experience with rch windows from start to finish has been sholking.how do i start ..we asked for black windows and doors and john the sales rep confirmed andeven showed sample as black ..when arrived and fitted there near brown .and front of house is a diffrent profile from back of house .surely they should all be same manufacturer.john states its black brown ..several windows wrong sizes by nearly 2 inches small .told to pack up ..damaged glass ..no.reinforcing in front door section Handles not clossing rite ( was told by rch worker just to force it just bit tight ).parts missing and charged fo a door that was actually a window ..then fun begins .no.receipts or contracts after continuisly asking ..no.repairs or missing parts .no replys at all from aftersales . Blocked from.facebook for leaving a review within a minute so someone monitors that but not aftersales( this explains 5 stars)..bank contacted them no replys .consumer rights were told lies that paperwork be sent out ..overall shaddy company plastering big adds ..probably dissapear with peoples money soon ..not a hope in hell of a 15yr warranty as no proof of purchase ..lawyer now involved ..my advice dont fall for there lies and walk away ..plenty other companys out there that will issue receilts and have aftersales ..AVOID

Very disappointing second experience, how a company can change over time! I used RCH a few years ago and they did my house 6 windows, 2 doors and door panel for £3850 just before xmas. Was a good price as business was slow. I recently went back for a quote as I saw their offer of "7 windows and 2 doors from 4737". Yes I understand "from" so realise thats the lowest price and it will go up with factors like window size etc. They charge £1000 for a door fitted but as I just wanted 7 windows, 6 quite small ones and 1 normal size in white the cheapest colour, I was expecting say £3k quote. How wrong was I and couldn't believe they said £6200! When queried they said thats it. I left a few negative comments and a negative review on their facebook boasting only 5 star reviews, be very wary as my 1 star review was removed and I was blocked. So the 5 star reviews gives a false impression! I then see their add for "7 windows any colour from £3626". It appears they like to advertise low prices that are not achievable. In my opinion dishonest. Be very careful.

Got my downstairs windows and French doors from RCH windows would high recommend Rob came on Friday morning lovely and friendly then Rob and his son Luke came back on Saturday they’ve done a great job even helped me put my blinds and door bell back on lol so polite and friendly left my house and garden very tidy nothing was a bother to them so helpful thank you both very much 😀.

We replaced our old windows with casement windows and a double glazed front door. The workmen took only two days to complete the work and left my house spotless. There was hardly any damage to the surrounds which can be fixed with a dab of paint here and there. The quality of the windows and door is excellent and my house is certainly much warmer and draught free now. After a few days we noticed a scratch on the outside of one window and they replaced it immediately. Customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them. In fact I have done so already to a neighbour.

​I wanted to share my experience with RCH, which, despite a very poor initial installation, resulted in a high-quality outcome.
​Following our concerns, we were contacted by a manager named Barry. He personally visited to inspect the work and agreed that the standard was not up to par. Barry promised to rectify the situation to a level he would expect in his own home; he was approachable, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process.
​While there were some delays in scheduling, the company stayed true to its word. They assigned Robert Young and Nathan Akin to the refit, and I cannot praise their work enough. Their professionalism and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. They worked incredibly hard under the circumstances, and I truly believe they deserve formal recognition from the company for their dedication.
​The transition to high-quality timber finishings has more than compensated for the initial issues. While we have some minor sanding and sealing to complete on our end, the quality of the woodwork is excellent.
​I have two minor points of feedback for the company:
​Advertising Clarity: I have discussed this with Barry, but I suggest clarifying the "Dura board" advertisements to ensure customers understand exactly where it is being applied.
​Scheduling: Communication regarding arrival dates could be improved. I took holiday time for scheduled dates where no one arrived due to stock issues.
​That being said, RCH proved they are a company of integrity. They worked hard to rectify the issues and demonstrated what genuine customer service looks like. I would trust them to look after their customers and do the right thing.

We Recently had our doors and windows replaced by RCH Windows and Doors based in Glasgow the overall experience has been great and we are happy with the service

The Fitters Barry Dougie and Gilly were excellent they were friendly professional and worked really hard throughout the installation almost everything was fitted without issue and the quality of their workmanship was great they were tidy efficient and made the whole process feel smooth on installation days

The only issue we experienced was that one of the doors had been made in the wrong size when we first called RCH about it we were told over the phone that they would put a rush order in and try have a replacement door ready for the next day (last day of fitting) and that we would receive a call back with an update ... unfortunately we didnt receive a call back and no door arrived the following day

we had to call again to find out what was happening and we were then advised it would take around 1-2 weeks for the correct door to be made and then installed this was a little disappointing especially as the sizing mistake wasnt ours and we did have to chase for updates rather than being proactively informed

that said the installation team themselves were fantastic and aside from the delay with the replacement door we are pleased with the overall result

we would give RCH Windows and Doors 4 out of 5 stars with a bit better communication around issues it would easily have been a 5 star experience
