brilliant company have ordered many many times with no faults would highly recommend
good quality products

I placed an order on behalf of my 10 yr old directly through RCK Sensory Group’s website on April 1, 2026, totaling approximately $90. As of June 1, 2026, I have not received my order. I contacted customer service multiple times. The first response I received asked for my order number, even though it was clearly included in both the subject line and body of my email. After providing the information again, I received no further responses despite additional follow-up emails. After waiting two months without receiving my items or meaningful communication, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering directly from this company.

Any body wants details of this crook let me know. Tried steal from us. Got a his own medicine.

This is a SCAM!!! Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order and they sent me a confirmation with a random FEDEX tracking number. I emailed the customer service email to report it and they said they will send out another shipment when it’s back in stock. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and these scammers are good. They provided “delivery confirmation” to the bank and I still don’t have my items. I have reopened the case with Citi bank and they are going to reinvestigate. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. This is a SCAM!

Dreadful company. Ordered a Needoh Nicecube on 7th April as it said it was in stock, but still not received it. With postage it cost over £20 and they took my money straight away.
I’ve received no emails or updates since ordering and item now states ‘out of stock’ on their website.
These scammers do not respond to messages. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Placed order in March 15th and paid still
Not received order. Sent numerous emails being ignored. Left message on Facebook page and it keeps being deleted!!

this company is a scam! i ordered a needoh nice cube on the 21st of march and it is now the 5th of april it should of been shipped within 7 days and it hasn’t they are not replying to my emails whatsoever and evri says they have been expecting it for the past week everyone avoid this terrible company.

Rck sensory group taken my money and not answering calls or responding to emails I ordered Needohs for my daughter for Easter my parcel has not been sent or has been lost customer service is terrible
