RC Willey - Intermountain Distribution Center レビュー 

Received an email that my order was not available to be picked up. I was then informed through the review system that it was a glitch in the system and I could pick up my order. Received no email stating this, had I not left a review I would not have been informed.

Placed an online order. Went to pick the order up and they didn't have any in stock. We were told that the system showed two (2) in stock but that the warehouse manager couldn't find any. This wasn't a $10.00 item. If their inventory is that far off, they are losing money fast. Did an employee steal it? Are they really that bad at inventory control? Interesting. Anyway, we will be getting it from another vendor. Employees weren't even apologetic.

You didn't have the chair in the store yet but you had one in the warehouse at the international center my brother in law was able to pick it up and it seems to be helping my wife. Thank you

I was needing a new washer and dryer quick. I hadn’t used my RC Willey card in years but I was able to update my info easily and buy the set, and have it delivered in days to my home!!

RC WILLEY FRAUDULENT SALES PRACTICES!!!
#1 - THE FIRST TIME RC WILLEY TRIED THIS WE PAID IN THE ROSEVILLE STORE $1700 FOR A HIGH END FRONT LOAD WASHER & DRYER SET. RC WILLEY TRIED TO DELIVER A NO NAME BRAND SET. THEY HAD TO UPGRADE OUR ORDER BECAUSE THEY HAD SOLD US A SET THAT WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK.

#2 - I ORDERED SOME FURNITURE ONLINE FROM RC WILLEY ON 05/11/2025. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CONFIRMED TODAY 05/16/2025 THAT RC WILLEY RAN THE TRANSACTION THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ON 05/12/2025 AND THE TRANSACTION POSTED ON 05/13/2025. TODAY, 05/16/2025, 3 DAYS AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL AND EMAILING ME A PAID RECEIPT I GOT A VOICEMAIL FROM PHILIP, A MANAGER AT RC WILLEY AND A TEXT WITHOUT ANY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION TO "CALL ABOUT MY ONLINE ORDER". WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 888-584-5156 ON THE RECEIPT I WAS INFORMED THAT EVEN THOUGH RC WILLEY EMAILED ME A RECEIPT FOR THE TRANSACTION AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAD PAID RC WILLEY IN FULL ON 05/13/2025. SUPERVISOR DESIREE SAID THAT BECAUSE OF A "GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM" THE FURNITURE "WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNLESS I PAID AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE ITEMS"
DESIREE THEN STATED THAT THE INVOICE HAD ALREADY BEEN CORRECTED IN THEIR SYSTEM." I EXPLAINED THAT THIS IS FRAUD AND THAT CHANGING MY CREDIT CARD FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WERE NEVER AUTHORIZED BY ME CONSTITUTES EVEN FURTHER FRAUD BECAUSE RC WILLEY WAS ALREADY PAID FOR THE ITEMS AND THEIR REFUSAL TO DELIVER THE ITEMS FOR WHICH RC WILLEY HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR WAS A BREACH OF CONTRACT WHICH RC WILLEY HAD EMAILED ME A RECEIPT ALONG WITH AN EMAIL LINK FOR THIS SATISFACTION SURVEY!

They’re an amazing company from top to bottom and bottom to top. Offering high-quality and comfortable furniture and appliances. All delivered by very kind and honest people who quickly assemble it. They do amazing repair work!!! Best company for furniture in town

fast pickup after ordering

When picking up the order the front desk seemed very put off that they had to help me in general. There were 2 clerks and no wait so that was a plus. I gave my order number and then ID nothing extra or special but they seemed irritated that I was there.

Ordered on line. Called to say I was on my way to pick up. Jumped in the truck. Got to the distribution center 20 minutes later. Got loaded within 10 mins and drove home.
Great service all around.

Updated: You'll notice below that the store responded to my review and did exactly what I mentioned in the review. They're dismissive of the issue and keep saying the website is clear. If it was as clear as they all think we wouldn't be here. And they've offered no solutions.
They absolutely could drop ship to their store, deliver, and assemble. They could even charge for the service, much like the blue rewards program that I paid more for and is supposed to offer white glove service. They just chose not to.

I had a frustrating experience with the RC Willey team. I paid for their Blue Rewards program, which includes "white glove" delivery. However, that’s not what I received. Instead, they just drop-shipped the items for me to carry and assemble on my own.

I specifically paid extra to avoid assembling furniture—if I wanted to do that, I’d go to IKEA. When I reached out via phone, chat, and email, their response was the same: “The website clearly states it.” If I missed that information, then their website isn’t as clear as they think it is. Repeatedly pointing this out came across as dismissive, as though I’m incapable of understanding.

I was looking for their support to resolve this issue, but they didn’t, wouldn’t, or couldn’t.

Within a couple of hours I had my new dryer. I ordered it online and drove to the warehouse. It went flawlessly.

The fridge is exactly as described.
I love it!
I called the warehouse before I left, as instructed.
When I arrived, I checked in, and my fridge was outside in a couple minutes. The RC Willey employees helped me get loaded, and I was ready to leave. It was perfect, thank you!!!

I didn’t catch her name, but the woman that helped at the distribution center was amazing!! I ordered a dining room set with 2 extra chairs, but after I ordered I realized I was charged for 4 extra chairs. When I picked up my order they only had the dinging room set. After I went inside she was able to figure out what happened, got me the 2 extra chairs and saved me more money than I thought it was going to cost.

Not a bad experience for the first time. Definitely pick up from this location again

Picked delivery date on website. Confirmed the date. Date was changed by even Willey to date I am out of town. I would have gone self pick up had I known dare was being changed.
