The people that worked with us where very good at following up. We had some issues with our order not coming in as expected, but you did everything right to help us through the experience and insure we are happy. Thank you.

We looked at multiple stores and options. We found a leather set at the Layton store. When the set was delivered it was not a true leather and was built like the set in the store. A true bate and switch!

My salesperson Cad Hyde went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He provided awesome customer service and ensured all my questions and concerns were taken care of through to the end. He had another salesman Nic Delgado finish because of family emergency, this salesman was great to work with also. After having a bad experience with Best Buy canceling my order the last minute and after looking at my bill they charged me more than what they told me the cost would be. So glad I went to RCW.
Grant & Alex delivered my TV, installed wires behind the wall turned out perfect. They were very professional, great work team.

The great sales person - Jeff Hodges. We have been coming to RCW for years and specifically ask for Jeff. He is very knowledgeable and quite thorough in his explanations. Plus an exceptional personality - he represents RCW in the highest degree

Although there were glitches in the new ordering system and credit approval, staff from cashier to sales were helpful and friendly. Above and beyond, which is why I keep coming back.

Great service! I live in Idaho and ordered this to have my daughter pick it up for us. We made the call to make sure they would let her pick it up for me. They made a note on the order and pickup went extremely smooth!

Jamie Hammer in furniture was super nice and Dan Walker, over the whole store, couldn't have been any better.

Jason in flooring was great and Mike Monson and Jerrod Cheney in appliances are the very best.

My intention in sharing is not to receive anything from RC Willey, only to provide potential customers information about my experience so they can make an informed decision.

I'm completely appalled by the lack of customer service I received from the store's general manager, Dan Walker, and flooring manager, Jason. These two men utilized the power and control of their positions to diminish my experience and employ misogynistic tactics to make me feel less than throughout our conversation. I was shocked at the condescending tone of Dan Walker when I shared with him that I was unable to move into my home due to the hazardous condition of the stairs being unfinished (I have a mobile toddler). Dan questioned my sanity and sarcastically asked "so you're telling me you can't even walk on the stairs?" I felt completely unheard and invalidated. Both Dan and Jason refused to take any accountability for the mistakes RC Willey made that delayed our project and move-in date and even went so far as to blame my husband and I. RC Willey's contractors and salesmen on the other hand, all confirmed that this was happening because RC Willey sold us a product that didn't exist and made it impossible for our stairs to be completed. I will never support RC Willey and would certainly not recommend them after learning about how Dan conducts his business. He does not value the customer experience and satisfaction is certainly not guaranteed contrary to what RC Willey's mission statement says.

Great customer service quick and easy checkout

I visited the store 3 separate times to look for a new mattress. Each time I was helped by Israel and he was very informative. As an indecisive person, he was the exact salesman I needed. After these 3 visits I was able to make a decision and never once felt like I was being pushed to buy anything. Thank you Israel!

Employees to remove their safety harnesses before they head out to a customer's car had an employee come out to my truck yesterday still wearing his harness because of this as he was entering my vehicle the steel D rings to connect him to a tie off with smacking against my truck

Found what we wanted w/ an online price. Delivery and set up were great!

We ordered over $5000.00 worth of product from you, only to have your delivery personnel shove the box, ruining the new walls, dropped the dishwasher, but left it in the box, entered the premises without permission.
WE called the manager and he told us the delivery manager would get back in touch with us. I told the sales lady Taylor that we wanted to be there for the delivery as we had experienced problems before. She never called us back. Your customer service sucks. Its been over a yr and NOONE has reached out to us, we have to reach out to YOU!!!!! Still no call, text, letter, email. Unfortunately your customer service manager doesn't care about complaints, or about your reputation. You might as well pick up your own furniture, then have your house ripped apart, dishwasher dropped, and smashed. I had to drive the dishwasher back and get another one, no "I'm sorry",
You can buy dishwashers and fridges at Home Depot and get better delivery service than these incompetent. The managers of customer service, and the delivery, service still have not made it right with us. Lucky 1 star.

Salesman was great, however when I can go directly to manufacturer site and beat rc Willey prices by alot that's pretty pathetic. I'm not very encouraged to shop there first when their pricing is higher than many other places. They should be competitive.

I was told my order would be ready by the 16th of Jan I went to pick up at 4 pm and was told it wouldn’t be here for two more weeks as it’s coming from California instead of the warehouse in Utah or even the display model in store
