Quality of the product was less than expected.

We were supposed to get a dinning room table and couches on Wednesday, June 25th. The table was delivered but the couches were not. I understand that mistakes happen but what I didn’t appreciate the cavalier attitude towards the error. We were told that it would be another week until the couches were delivered. There was no effort put forth to have the couches delivered in less than a week. Again, I am okay with the mistake, but I am not happy with the lack of effort in making the situation better.

The 200 dollar RC Willey gift card towards another purchase is a continuation of the minimalist effort towards the errant delivery. The term discount is misleading to the customers reading your response. A discount implies RC Willey refunded money on the couches I already purchased, which would have been a nice gesture. That is different to providing a 200 dollar gift card that forces me to spend more money at the store in order to redeem my compensation.

I was going to give this store a five star after our sales rep experience. Toni is great!!! She went above and beyond while we were shopping for multiple purchases. Even after a major delivery mistake she was quick to make sure that it will be made right. But that mistake is what lowered my rating. We receive the wrong mattress. The mattress delivered was the same brand but a much less expensive model. I caught it due to the tag having a different name. The delivery guy said the numbers in his system matched my receipt so he wouldn't look into it any further:( You would expect this kind of mistake from a lower quality store...not RC Willey. So, just a heads up to really check into your delivery purchases.

Our sales person Jennifer Holman assisted us in finding the perfect carpet. She is thorough and knowledgeable. She took the extra step in answering any concerns that we had.

Placed order. Order confirmed for pick up. I called 30+ minutes to pick up order. Pick up confirmed. 10 minutes later received a call being advised that item is in transit and no ETA. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I canceled order. Found item at Walmart and was $100+ cheaper for same item.

All my questions were answered quickly.

Patiently listening to my interior design styles and color schemes I was looking to incorporate into my new home, together we found everything I needed with his extensive design knowledge..
I made a 2nd trip today to fill in the final pieces I needed.

Jason is an asset to the team at RC Willey! Home buying is always a stressful experience ..and he made my shopping experience so enjoyable from start to finish!

The salesperson, Lucelly Ahern, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all about the carpeting and every step in the installation process. She let us know about the available rebates. She provided her phone number and her availability. It was a great sale.
