your deliverer drives need to learn how to treat customers in their own home they are rude and treat you horrible

Had what we wanted friendly sales folks prices a bit high though

RC Willey customers for 20 years or more. Always great salespeople, delivery people, customer service people. If a problem, taken care of at the time of the visit or phone call. Exchanges, no problem, done. 90 percent of my home is from RC Willey.

Awesome from sales through financing.

I spent approximately 20 minutes on hold during 3 calls and didn’t ever get a person to answer. No call back. Finally got someone at the store to answer. 3 weeks ago and haven’t had any call or notification that the part was ordered. Terrible service! Still can’t get what I need to fix my broken handle on couch.

They fixed their mistake

Working with Lisa was a 5 star experience. She returned calls quickly and took care of everything in a timely matter. I dropped a star as my first microwave was severely dented. She reordered and a 2nd appointment was set up. After waiting an hour, I called her, and apparently microwave #2 was damaged and the install company was supposed to notify me, but didn't. She took responsibility, but this was their fault, not hers. The 3rd microwave arrived in good condition. Clearly these appliances are not being properly handled during shipping. If they were tossed or dropped enough to cause these dents, you don't know what damage may have been caused inside. Lisa rewarded me with a gift card for all the hassle. The install guys were great.

I was kept informed of every phase of the delivery from purchase to installation. The were pre delivery calls and emails as well as a post delivery call to be sure everything went well. The installers unboxed all the items outside and removed all the trash. They were very courteous and efficient. They even allowed me time to clean the floor before they installed the new refrigerator

Lack of communication once again after My already late furniture that was damaged, I was told someone would notify me of reorder and details? 10 Days no contact!! DO Not SHop at this Store Very poor communication and costumer service!!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. Recliner controls not working. Technician came out took pictures of serial number and then nothing. This has been going on since May. Now the other control on the recliner isn’t working. Come on RC Willey get your act together. On hold for 35-45 minutes is not appropriate

You guys use deception to get business. When I placed order #13677671 the website clearly said I could pick it up next day in Reno. When I called to check status they said it is coming from Utah and will take, "a few days". This is for an a/c unit in the middle of a heat wave. I could have bought it from Lowes but appreciated that I could pick it up from you next day. Fraud and deception is no way to run a business.
