R c willey does everything right! We needed a stove FAST. Called Travis. He met us at the store. Helped us find one we liked thst was in stock. Needed it asap and we got it delivered in only 3 days. The drivers were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. R. C. Willey is my first choice.

This was the 3rd attempt to exchange a refrigerator with the same make and model. What made it better than the first 2 attempts was that the delivery personal and I were able to look over the new unit before taking it off the truck and removing my "loaner unit" from my kitchen. In the first attempt the unit was not examined and it had a sizable crack inside the freezer where the ice was made. In the second attempt the delivery personnel requested to see where this crack was and when they went out to the exchange unit in the truck they found a larger crack in the same area. Needless to say, no exchange took place at that time.

I live in Texas, but needed to buy a refrigerator and microwave for my son in Rocklin, CA. Our salesman at the Rocklin store, Keith Brunson, helped us with our slightly unusual purchase. He was very patient and gave us good recommendations and advice. When we're ready to add a new stove, we will definitely call Keith!

Once I decided what I wanted and went to check out, everything was very easy to navigate.

The initial delivery was 9 weeks after purchase and this was expected. Upon delivery the corner section had a leg that was severly damaged (bent to side at 30 degree angle) and was not accepted for safety reasons. It took 3 calls to get some action on replacing the piece. Promised callbacks from sales didn't happen initially. A replacement piece was delivered aproximately a weeks later. The initial delivery team should not have tried to deliver a badly damaged unit. Customer service / delivery for this company needs help.

The communication was good today and the workers that brought my dresser were very nice.

We found just the recliners we were looking for. Price was reasonable and delivery was free.

The customer service has a lot to be desired. I bought a reclining couch about a year ago that had an electric reclining mechanism but did not have an outlet where the couch was so had to purchase a battery pack(400.00!) which quit working 3 months ago. RC Wiley sent a service person promptly who diagnosed that a new battery pack was needed and it was under warranty. They wouldn't give us one out of there stock and said they would have to order it from the furniture builder. This was over 3 months ago! Calls to customer service are useless, they say we have to talk to out salesman who never answers or returns our call. In the mean time we have an extension cord across our living room which has been caused stumbles but fortunately no one has been hurt. I have bought thousands of dollars in furniture from them but this is the first time I have had a problem that required them to follow up with service. It will definitely be a consideration in future purchase choices.

New on 09/19
The customer service department contacted me the day I wrote this review. They apologized and said they never ordered it and said they would get right on it and have the main part we need in the next week or so. It has now been over 2 weeks so I contacted them again and was told it was never ordered. That makes 3 times that they have told us it was never ordered and they would order it immediately. I can't believe this. Don't they care about customer service? I guess with RC Wiley you pay your money and take your chances. This is like a sitcom.

Working with Keith made our purchase very smooth and pleasurable. Good job!

Answered my questions quickly and in a professional fashion

My overall service with RC Willey was great. Tried to buy these online. Couldn’t do it so I called the store. The salesman was able to get the washer and dryer that were on sale online for me. They took a little bit to get here because of where they were coming from which was no big deal. Delivery showed up and the gentlemen were nice. Remove the old set. Installed the new set and on their way. Everyone was awesome friendly.

i called before hand about a product. it was the last & the associate held it for me. when i got there he seamlessly checked me out. tool less than 10 minutes.

Large selection of items; reasonable prices and helpful associates!

We chose a reclining sofa from the clearance room then called in the order the next day. Between the clearance room and the customer service desk the wrong sofa was ordered and delivered. We declined the order when it was delivered as we could see that it was not the one we wanted. The refund dispute for the wrong sofa still has not been resolved.

service is great...... but .....your receipts and billing are ALWAYS controversial, every time i have to come back you to understand the receipt and what the heck i am being charged!

Great customer service from beginning to Checkout, even when I had to do an exchange. The sales floor always has many different styles to choose from and a great variety of items for any place in your home.
