Everyone was extremely helpful and delivery and set-up was a breeze. Loved the communication to get a more exact time of delivery as well! Loving our furniture and will keep using RC Willey

RC Willey, the store, I give 5 stars. But the leather sofa and chairs, we've been trying to get, is another story. The first was not true to color. The gray, looked like black charcoal in or home. Reordered the same in eggshell. This one came in and it looked like a 3rd world country made it. The seams didn't match, and it didn't close evenly. So we reordered again. Hopefully the third time is a charm. We'll see.

But otherwise RC is doing everything right trying to correct the situation.

Amazing experience every time we come here. We’ve bought many items here. From couches to outdoor patio. Every sales associate we encounter is very polite and professional. We tell them what our ideas are and they present what they have.
Everytime we come here, no problems or issues.

Delivery drivers dropped my item and only had partial of the order and was unknown as to why it was only partial when all the items were supposed to be delivered on time. Delivery drivers were laughing as they dropped my item.

Jason Farnum was extremely helpful. Everything did not go 100% smoothly with our appliance purchase, but he was there to step in and fix the problem, which is what is important.

Lack of knowledge with ongoing sales and no follow up when product arrived to schedule pick up

This is an updated review from a previously negative review I wrote April 4 of 2024. We had a very bad experience with some La-Z-Boy chairs that we purchased in November 2023, which is why the negative review occurred however RC Willey has made it right by taking the chairs back and crediting us towards a purchase of new chairs. I did not do five only because it was a little bit of a hassle to make this happen. However, once the credit is fully applied to the account, I will change my review to a five. I do appreciate them doing the right thing and taking the chairs back even though it was beyond the 14 days. Unfortunately, the La-Z-Boy chairs that we initially purchased had some type of manufacturing defect.

Had specific product I was looking for and was in stock. Made shopping easy.

The online site was easy to use with the appropriate search filters to quickly narrow down only those items that would work for my specific bulk purchasing needs.

Our sales man was helpful as we made a decision between several loveseats.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. We went into the Roseville store, looking for a sofa. We came out with several ideas for the sofa, but ended up purchasing a bed and outdoor furniture. Had it delivered and everything is just great.

Sam in the Rocklin store is a wonderful salesman and goes above and beyond to make sure your selection is the right fit!

Was easy to order on line and pick up was convenient.

order was lost bed did not arrive now im out 600.00.

Per Will Call instructions we phoned ahead and were provided with directions and procedures. Once we arrived, we called and the rep brought out item out, checked ID and loaded it into our car. He was polite and professional

We special ordered a sofa, and it came in on the ealier part of the expected delivery. The delivery guys were amazing - arriving 30 minutes earlier than anticipated, and all went extremely well. The fabric was beautiful, so much so that we went back to the Rocklin store and ordered the love seat. The salesman, individuals at cashiering, and others who assisted us were all extremely helpful.
