Initially, I was able to reach people by phone at R&D Agency, a private investigation firm in Minnesota. I spoke to an investigator at-length about my situation and he said he would be looking for my email. It's weeks later and no one has returned my email or called me back by phone, which I also provided in my email. The subject line even mentioned wanting to pay a retainer immediately. I'm so glad I didn't hire them, because if you won't return emails when customers want to give you money, it's doubtful you'll be able to help with this pending court case that hinges SOLELY on the outcome of the findings of a private investigator.
