Dealing with RDX Sports has been a pleasure! I ordered this punching bag and it arrived quickly but without the chains. I emailed their customer service team and the matter was handled with urgency and I quickly received the chains with a complimentary item. The customer service team are incredibly friendly and offered a suitable solution very quickly. I understand that things do go wrong but these guys are going above and beyond to rectify any issues you may have and it’s great to see!

At first I had some problems with wrong sizes and a torn rash guard but after talking with the customer service ( wich was very fast at replying ) they replaced the Radhauses with no additional price.
But I find it a bit weird that you have to play for the shipping if you want to send back something especially because Rdx is so big

UPDATE---RDX has reached out to me and offered me a free pair of the smaller size gloves… No charge… That is a nice gesture and I appreciate that… It seems like reviews may help hopefully getting companies to make changes to difficult exchange processes. I gave them examples of other companies return policies that are much easier and hopefully they will adjust their policy. Again the product is good quality and I have many items from this company, but this was the first time I had to exchange or return----Will update once I receive new product -----At this point it's an email from them saying they will send it to me when it comes into stock---------

ORIGINAL REVIEW----Have been a long time customer and spent many hundreds of dollars with RDX… Recently bought a $20 pair of inner gloves and they were the wrong size -----Wanted to return them and get a smaller size & found it to be very difficult to do the return with 4 or 5 emails from them-asking lots questions and making me jump through hoops to do a simple $20 return… Decided to let them keep the $20 and leave one star reviews… They need to do a much better job of being customer friendly on returns and exchanges… Beware of working with this company if there's any chance you need to return the item ----it's a hassle… The product is pretty good---Customer service is not.

i have bought a lot of mma clothes from rdx and recently I got a pair of shorts that became stained when I washed them and they sent a new pair super fast great customer service👌

Ordered a rashguard from rdx. Shirt was perfect but had a small defect on the back.

Contacted customer service and got help straight away. They took my claim seriously and sent me a new shirt within 20 minutes. Never have i seen such good service.

Retouren Prozess ist eine Zumutung
Ich bin von der Produktqualität von RDX Produkten bisher wirklich überzeugt gewesen. Habe schon zahlreiche Artikel im Einsatz und wollte mich jetzt weiter eindecken.
Der interne Retouren Prozess ist allerdings eine Zumutung. Aber scheinbar so gewollt! Gleiche Erfahrung wie bei Micha S.
Retoure muss beantragt werden und genehmigt werden, aber welche Retouren Adresse zu verwenden ist nicht ersichtlich und wird auch nicht offen kommuniziert.
Auf Mails wird nicht oder verzögert geantwortet. (info@rdx....)
Sorry Online Shopping und wirklicher Wille Kunde zu binden sieht in der heutigen Zeit anders aus!
Ich werde in Zukunft woanders bestellen!

Absolute thieving company I had ordered a stand up punch bag for my nephew who had broken his hand therefore had to return. I was made to feel like a criminal to return my item I had to send over 30 email to complete a return and try to get a refund which I still have not recieved this is the worst company ever do not purchase from here unless you want to be robbed of your money they will charge you for returns an charge you for shipping an give you back half of what you paid an take your money they are thieves the service is awful worst customer service ever

Poor customer service from RDX and their delievery partner

Dispite contacting EVRI the courier you used and leaving a note on my door .see pictures

They delievered the parcel damaged to my neighbours house see picture. My neighbour tried to explain it to the driver but he did not understand ny neighbour.

I have severe allergy that is the reason i never have parcels delieved unless i am at home.

When i contacted RDX customer service they were very unhelpful ,cut me off and two people gave me incorrect information .

The consequence of this poor service i had to contact my brother who drove from Bedfordshire 66miles round trip, to pick up the box from my neighbour take it to their home desanitise the product see picture of the box but before you say it may of been my brother ,i have video door bell that shows the damage from the evri driver delievering the box.

All i asked for in my first call to your customer service was for the parcel to be picked up from my neighbour and a replacement sent to be delievered to my home but i was told by your team this is not possible .
I cannot remember the first person but i am sure you can listen to the recording the second agent was call Jonathan.
The product it self is good but this experience means i will never order another product unless i can pick the delievery date.we are normalising bad customer service which is why you have no reason to change . That is very sad

I’ve bought small items from RDX Sports before like gloves which are great, but this was my first time buying equipment. I purchased the RDX Kt Ronin 4ft Kids Free Standing Punch Bag and I’m really happy with it. The quality is excellent and it feels sturdy and well made. I’ll definitely be getting more equipment from RDX Sports in the future. Just wish they had better stock on gloves, the XS are needed. Quick delivery too

Items got delivered to the wrong address and the courier signed in our name, couldn’t find the parcel so emailed RDX all new items were sent out next day and delivered with no hassle this time, highly recommend 👍

Excellent customer service I ordered wrong size and returns dept were Excellent in dealing with return and had correct size out to me in 24 hours even sent a returns label so no charge to return 10/10

Had an issue with a product, contacted RDX Sports and I had a replacement with a week. Excellent customer service. Was great to deal with a company who care about customer experience.

Missinformation, that is not science based. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR ARTICLES. I really don't hope anyone is believing this, because it is destroying our hobby, and it is getting flooded with misinformation from AI's like, Avery Murray, who havent seen the shadow of a fitness center nor read any scientific articles. Excellent customer service and quick responses and deliveries. I ordered a full set for Grav Maga but two items needed replacement. Customer service was first class from the first email all the way to delivery and beyond. Highly recommended!

Fantastic online service…ordered a pair of shorts the wrong size at my fault, the return process was very easy and they sent me a new pair of correct size very quickly, well impressed

I ordered the wrong size, but couldn't find any of my order details. RDX were really helpful all the way through and swapped them over.
They not fir perfectly and the quality & functionality is really good.

I was at first extremely disappointed when the first gloves I bought were a bit too thin and left marks throughout my hand after one use but RDX customer service was fantastic when they were aware they replaced it with another as it was a faulty pair of gloves. Sophia customer service was fantastic.
