Great content but not the tech / platform
The re:sleep course has been really helpful and after only 3 weeks of following the programme, I’ve already noticed a positive difference in my sleep. The content itself is excellent, well-structured, and genuinely useful.
What lets it down slightly is the technology side. The course is really only accessible properly on a laptop or desktop — having a mobile-friendly version or app would make it much more accessible and convenient.
The sleep tracker has also been quite frustrating to use, as I regularly get invalid/error messages when entering information, which makes a simple task take much longer than it should.
Finally, the live session times are difficult for working parents. The two available slots clash with either the morning school/pre-school routine or evening dinner/tea time. It would be great to see additional options such as lunchtime or weekend sessions.
Overall, the content is great and clearly effective — the tech and accessibility just need to catch up.
