They were polite and explained everything to where you can understand.

Well, I'm just getting started with payments. I'd say they are reasonable. Got the loan quickly. Also the rep on the phone was patient, polite and knowledgeable.

Reach Financial helped to meet the demand of my creditors in getting my debt paid off in a timely fashion with an affordable payment. Great customer service, too.

I absolutely hate this company. I agree with another poster here. I was originally with NDR and didn’t want to get a loan with reach financial because I liked the pace that NDR was removing my debt. I ultimately felt pressured to do it even after saying no because they were convincing me that I would have my debt paid off faster. That was not true. Had I stayed with NDR I would be debt free. However, I’m trapped in debt with reach financial which defeats the purpose of joining NDR. Interest rates are ridiculously high and the payment flexibility is a lie. They only allow you to change your recurring payments type every six months not when it’s best for you. Now I’m in debt for another 2-4 years with this ridiculous company and I’ve been trying to get out of for 4 years already. If NDR tries to convince you to “graduate” the program by going to this company, DON’T!

At first, we are so hesitant about Reach Financial but once they reached to us and explained how to resolve our issues, we were so amazed on how they worked so fast and accurate. They helped us with our finances specially settling our debt from our creditors and making our payments more affordable. Thank you so much, Reach Financial.
