Ordered a crc faring piece at the start of the year. Was told there would be production delays. The company did send me mail routinly updating me on further delays.
After some months i canceled the order and this is where they need to improve. Was told money should be back in 5-10 days. Nothing. Called them and was told the case was to be escalated and that i should receive an email shortly. Nothing there either. Opened a case with PayPal and they didnt even care to send an answer or informative note there either. Communication was good upp until the point where money was to be returned.

Avoid this company. I ordered an SC-Project Twin GP exhaust on 18th May and was told roughly four weeks for delivery. What followed was a masterclass in poor communication from a business that openly advertises keeping customers "informed every step of the way."
I heard nothing for three weeks, so I had to chase. Leon — who appears to be the only person working there is doing a great job under the circumstances maybe he should be MD— although I was assured a notification would come "Monday." I called Wednesday: nothing, but they'd "keep me updated." They didn't. By week six I called again, only to be told the order now "probably won't arrive until August." , Leon took the time to explain the logistics from the supplier so I asked him to confirm this directly with the supplier to see if it can be sooner. He promised to call them and get back to me. Unfortunately that was two days ago. Silence.
The only thing this company reliably delivers is marketing spam — sales prompts land in my inbox every few days while my actual paid order sits in limbo with zero proactive contact. This is actually what infuriated me.
If you value your time and money, order your SC-Project parts elsewhere. The "great communication" they advertise is non-existent, and chasing them yourself becomes a part-time job. Deeply disappointing and frankly unprofessional.

o ordered a part and had to cancel so I asked for a refund they said that was fine would be within 10 days a month later still nothing chased them up got a reply but still nothing
Horrendous lead times, ignoring emails whilst awaiting refund.
Have used them a lot in the past. And whereby the lead times were tardy at best. It was never an issue.
However, in Nov 2025 I ordered some Crc fairings. And it’s almost June and they still had no idea if and when they’d arrive. So I cancelled the order along with a more recent purchase too. The recent order was refunded the same day. But I’ve not heard a peep from them regarding the £500 of my money they owe me. I’ve chased them three times now via email and am not optimistic to get a response. I’ll be pushing my bank for a chargeback and using the string of emails of empty promises of delivery as proof to utilise the extended time frame. I’ll be pressing my complaint to the maximum and engaging outside authorities to see this through also. Shameful behaviour from a retailer with whom I was a repeat customer and extremely forgiving towards them. Would never recommend them now, will not use them again. Please avoid them. Go direct to the manufacturer for your parts. Even if they have to ship them from china. You’ll still get them quicker.

Parts have always been correct and most are in stock (states on the website when not) - delivery can take a long time for none stock items which is happening with a lot of parts for bikes and cars from various companies - for race bikes buy spares before you need them and all should be good ;-)

My personal experience was great, despite I was one one of many customers that have placed an order in August for some Lightech parts for my MT-10, and had to wait for a while for it arrive, I can only say good things really. Their staff have kept in touch , emailed often with updates on my order, they have apologised numerous times , despite it is clearly not their fault which I understand. They have been very professional, I did not have to chase them constantly ,the wait was clearly caused by incompetence of the Italian company ,which I hope won’t happen in the future 😉 Definitely will shop here again.

Took a little longer than expected but I was informed at each stage and then arrived much earlier than estimated midway through. Always had good service from RP, long may it continue.
No reaction from Reactive Parts
I'm looking to buy an SC Project exhaust for my Ducati Monster. On Reactive Parts' website, it says "Please Contact Us To Enquire About Pricing".
So I did. I also contacted Conquest Racing. Conquest replied with a very helpful and useful email within the hour.
After 24 hours, I had heard nothing from Reactive Parts, so I sent them another email. After another 48 hours, I've still not heard a peep from them. Not very Reactive!

This is reactive parts who are importing from Italy and using lightech name. Soon as the order goes through you see reactive email come through straight away.
Soon as I seen the email I knew from past experience that this wasn’t going to go well.
Stands kept getting delayed to the point that a month went by and I asked for a refund. It was agreed that the refund would be in my account within 10 working days. After many emails ignored by them and about 6 weeks later, I decided enough was enough and had to report it to my credit card company for a charge back. Luckily they acted on my behalf.
Never ever again. Shocking company. Stay well clear of Lightech UK and reactive parts.

6 months and still no money back, I’m not the only one in the situation! This company needs shutting down before there allowed to take any more money

Ordered front sub-frame on the 28\8\25 for GSXR750, on the 6\10\25 request update, told problem with supplier, 5\11\25 request for refund. 10\11\25 ordered Lightech fuel cap, 11\11\25 told part discontinued but have more expensive option, requested refund instead. 25\11\25 chased refund for both orders. Now the 30\11\25 still no refunds or commination other than an email on the 28\11\25 telling me that my 3rd order placed on the 9\11\25 till not in stock nor when it might be but they will send me an update on the 10\12\25. 3 orders and not 1 completed order. Save you money and find elsewhere
Worst service and communicaton - AVOID
3rd October needed a CRC seat before my race meeting on the 29th Oct. I emailed them and before ordering explained the situation and said I needed the seat before the 27th Oct and if it didnt arrive in time theres very little point me ordering.
L who is part of the Support team catagorically confimred the seat would arrive 10 days before hand. So ordered the seat on the 3rd Oct.
I must have emailed them 3 times before and near the 27th and had to chase to get an anwser, which was 'it would arrive on time'.
Guess what 27th came and went and no seat!
Literally arrived today 27th November, nearly 2 months later.
0 STARS AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE LONG LEAD TIMES AND BAD SERVICE.
