J'ai commandé un produit, on m'a livré un abonnement que je n'avais nullement besoin.
J'ai demandé le remboursement des prélèvements effectués par "erreur" sur mon compte bancaire. J'attends toujours.

Rivoglio il mio danaro sottrattomi indebitamente e la cancellazione di ogni rapporto con questi TRUFFATORI.
Altrimenti ci penseranno i miei avvocati a mettervi a posto.

We tried ordering something on the website but it never went through. However the bank still got charged. After a couple of days the bank was charged of the most expensive subscription which we never signed up for. I never even gotten any emails from them. This website is a scam. They won't refund me.

The company has addressed the issue at hand, they were helpful.
