Ready Capital is a fraud. I felt harassed to submit an application only to be declined with no justification or follow up call. Dianna is a fraud, beware of providing personal information. Good reviews are very suspicious and doubt they are authentic. I intend to report to BBB. SBA loan process is not straightforward as projected. Several loops to jump through just to receive an SBA with good/perfect credit.

Stay away from Ready Capital. Very aggressive with cold calls and will be non-existent and unresponsive thereafter.

I used this company to help file my ERC. This was a huge mistake. They are harassing me weekly for a payment of $15,000 for this service, any I haven't even received by ERC money yet due to back taxes. I have told them this and showed them statements to prove I have received no money. They do not care. I have been offering to make a payment plan with them since December 2024 for $1,000 per month. They refused and said they do not except payment plans. They reached out to me today to offer a payment plan of $5,000 per month which I can't afford and they refuse to work with me or help me. I am on the verge of getting an attorney. If they had accepted my offer in December, they would have been almost paid off by now. Run from this company. I have also filed a BBB complaint and looking a legal options.

Yes it's good company

This company is a scam. They took $3000 in closing costs after offering me a commitment letter for SBA loan then proceeded to deny me. They kept $625 for their “fees”. Do not waste your time they will steal your money! I went through 7 months dealing with ibusiness and Ready Cap. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

What a GARBAGE financial organization. After DAYS of being ignored and phone calls not returned, they will then tell you that you don't qualify WITH NO REASON GIVEN. Avoid this JOKE of an organization like the plague. THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!!

Not a good experience ! The verification process with the overall process is complicated with a bad pay and not in the same class with TREATY.

Advance solution and good pay .

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I could give 1 star. They will say you are pre-approved to move forward and request more and more and more and more documents. They say they have a commitment ready for you and need to transfer $3,000 to get to the "packaging and closing" part of the loan. They ask if you want to go forward and can be refunded minus fees if not approved. When they let you down making up something why you can't move forward, they will keep half of the money you sent in fees. I demanded all of it back, but legally I agreed to move forward with the confidence they gave me. Once they have your money, the confidence is smoke and mirrors. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I like the fact that they made their schedule free to match ours. As business owners we are really business during the day-to-day stuff that we are not free until late in the evening. Was told this was a 14% interest rate loan and a year into it. I've paid over $4000 in interest on $20000. When I called to make a principal payment, I asked them if this was simple interest and they told me, no, it's amortized. Complete robbery.I'm a small business.Thanks a lot i am going to refinance this loan.As soon as possible.

Jadon and his team were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns in helping us secure an SBA loan for our store. After Hurricane Helene hit Western North Carolina , although we didn’t sustain physical damage to our store, we had no power for 2 weeks and a large decrease in sales during our busiest fall season due to decrease in visitors . This loan will allow us to build our business back up . I had explored other companies but felt very comfortable with Ready Capital and would definitely recommend working with them.

Ready Capital as a whole was great to work in this process and I can recommend them.
