I originally bought two stores but due to other issues didn't pursue them. Later when I contacted them they said I could have any store at 50 percent less when I eventually got back to them I was told the offer had expired. Anthony got very rude and just said he would remove me from the mailing list . After I had bought two stores this is what i got. Not removing review trust pilot there was no mention of time limit on there offer If there had been I would have responded my review stands as law and legal no time frame was mentioned therefore my review remains in law . The entire experience with Ready Made Stores was smooth and professional. The store was delivered quickly, fully set up and easy to customise. The live training was clear and practical, giving me confidence to manage my online business independently. A reliable and client focused team that offers great value.

Birmingham I joined RMS via their Ready Made Property package and genuinely didn't expect much at first. But I’ve been proven wrong in the best way. The property leads started flowing in just weeks after launching, and their team took care of the backend while I focused on outreach and learning the ropes. I’ve now got one deal going through in southern Spain, and it feels amazing to be earning from property without owning any. Clever business model, executed brilliantly.

I chose a curated niche store and followed their training to the letter. Within the first two weeks, I made my first sale, and I’ve been hooked since. The support is friendly, never patronising, and they go above and beyond when you’re stuck. For anyone sitting on the fence, this is your sign - just go for it. You won’t regret it.

Manchester I was expecting a generic setup, a few tutorial videos, and then being left to figure it all out. What I got was the complete opposite. The team are proper legends - Natalie, Isha and Kris made me feel like I wasn’t just another ticket in the queue. They really took time to help me get my head around the system and even gave input on how to market my products better. Top drawer service from a company that clearly knows what it's doing.

London Starting an online business felt overwhelming, but Ready Made Stores took the stress out of the equation. I opted for a niche store, and everything was already professionally set up, which meant I could focus on marketing from day one. The initial support call was thorough and the follow-ups have been consistent. It's rare these days to find a company that delivers on what it promises, but RMS genuinely has. If you're after a plug-and-play ecommerce solution with proper UK-based support, this is it.

Biggest load of nonsense! Firstly there is nothing “ready made” about the online store. I bought a store that cost over R11000. It was a general store that sold everything from baby products to kitchen utensils. Some products didn’t even connect to suppliers on alie express- meaning that you actually had to connect to the suppliers on your own and actually orchestrate the entire sale with the supplier because it isn’t automatic! The description of each product were laughable! it didn’t even relate to the product- making it impossible for anyone to even search a product on the storefront. I literally deleted each item from the store and started from scratch by adding a niche product from legit suppliers and even that didn’t work because people don’t trust new e-commerce websites easily. You need to build YEARS of reputation in order to really gain the trust of online shoppers, it doesn’t happen overnight. This was a really bad decision and I regret it everyday. Not to mention the add on “partner” option where you paid them an ADDITIONAL monthly fee of around R980 in the hopes of selling stores in order to earn a commission.

I joined Ready Made Stores about four months ago as both a Partner and a Ready Made Property client, and the system is excellent. Through our marketing efforts, we’ve had lots of enquiries, and RMS handle them all efficiently. At the moment, we’ve got two property deals going through in Italy and Spain, which should bring in commission once they complete. It’s such a clever way to get involved in property without actually having to buy one yourself. Full credit to the RMS team – you’ve built something really impressive.

A Great Company with Proper Support We’ve had a small physical shop for years and were looking for a way to bring in a bit of extra income online. Something that could fit in with our handmade candle business and let us add other products too. Tech isn’t really my strong point, so I wanted a ready-made setup that wouldn’t be a nightmare to manage. The larger platforms felt too impersonal, to be honest. I asked loads of questions before committing, and I always got clear, helpful answers. I could even view the store before buying. In the end, we chose the Partner package, and it’s been spot on. Communication has been great from the start, and the support has continued to impress us. My wife’s handling the online marketing side, so the weekly training has been a huge help for her. Honestly, if you’re looking for proper support and a system that works, these are the people to go to.

A Brilliant Experience with Ready Made Stores My journey with Ready Made Stores began in 2021 when I signed up with their Partner Package. From the very beginning, everything was handled with absolute professionalism. I initially made a few store sales before needing to step away for personal reasons. When I returned, restarting my Partner business and dropshipping store was surprisingly quick—within a day, I was back in business. I expected to cover the hosting fees, as my initial 12 months of free hosting had ended, but even when I missed a payment one month, it was handled without any fuss. The support team have been fantastic. Always responsive, always helpful. They’ve guided me through challenges and helped me learn a great deal along the way. If you’re thinking about getting started, I’d definitely say go for it. It’s an excellent way to learn, grow, and potentially earn some decent money as well.

The 5 star reviews are scams themselves, because this company is a trash. I bought an RMS Partner site for R11 000 back in 2018, and they stole my money, and went AWOL on me. No replies to my emails at all.

Personally I wouldn't give them 1 star. Absolute con, they will take your money, they put absolute garbage stock on there, you have no control over any part of the website, they sell what is supposed to be yours (the website itself) to many other people. They tell you not to register the company with companies house or HMRC. They control everything about your website and company. You can only get hold of them for advice for a short while, they then can't be reached or ignore your requests for contact. The say they are calling from a London "office" at first but if you have call recognition, the call comes from Johannesburg or cape town in south Africa. Do not touch with a barge pole, absolute crooks only after your money.

Firstly, the positives. Natalie and the customer support team were extremely prompt and efficient at answering my questions. However, my overall experience wasn't positive for the £399.99 I paid for my store. The store was delivered to me within 24 hours. Perhaps this time frame affected quality because the result was a very basic looking site (very). I was willing to accept this regardless. The main problem came however when I asked about how to apply VAT of 20% to my products as I'm in the UK and the suppliers are in China. I was very surprised to be told that their plugin (RMS plugin) doesn't have a feature to easily adjust this. Most surprising for a company that specialise in delivering Ecommerce platforms for global clients. I was told to add it to the markup prices, which was pretty confusing and not straightforward. Anthony (the head of the company) stepped in and started giving me (incorrect) tax advice. He told me that I didn't need to add VAT until I reached £85,000 in sales - this is usually the case but not when your suppliers are based in China. He then admitted that he wasn't qualified to issue tax advice. He then shut me down with 'we've been building sites for 20 years and never had any problems' etc. I asked if it was possible for me to download Woocommerce plugin as it has these features taken care of, with very specific adjustments in settings such as: 'Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax', 'No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax'. Furthermore, Woocommerce allows you to restrict geographical location of your customers which RMS confirmed to me they don't offer. The RMS plugin is very incompatible with pretty much any other plugin so is quite restrictive. When I asked about Woocommerce, I was told by Anthony that 'You can do what you want the site, but not on my servers. We do not support or host woocommerce sites, we provide free hosting for 12 months on our servers for the sites we build and sell only.' I then had to move the site to my own servers and then had to redesign the site again from scratch by myself, paying for a freelance designer. They allowed me the mercy of keeping my domain name. Also, in terms of help with marketing, the help is nothing more than a series of videos that you could find pretty much anywhere. There's no active help in setting up ads etc. The £399.99 that I paid was 100% wasted. It's a lot of money for someone like me to put down and I thought it was going to be a worthwhile investment. If RMS are willing to offer me a full refund of the money, I'm willing to take this review down. Otherwise, I need to exercise my right to speak out about my experience.

*Update: The ever-argumentative bully that is Anthony replied to my review accusing me of blackmail, claiming that I had the chance to preview the store. This is completely untrue. They had draft versions of the site on their website and once I paid, I received the very trashy looking site 24 hours later, so I don't understand what he means by 'preview'. 'By your own admission' - Anthony doesn't realise that this wasn't a compliment to him directly but to the staff stuck working with him, who I had to be fair to. A word of advice to Anthony: Responding to your client base in a defensive manner only destroys your reputation in the long run. Scrolling down, I can see many more negative reviews here that Anthony has responded to in total denial. All those people can't be wrong. Listen to your client base when they tell you you're no good.

We have had a small shop for many years and were looking for an additional source of income online to help us and our business. We wanted something where we could add our own products (we make handmade candles) as well as products from other suppliers.

I am not very skilled with technology, so I needed something that was already set up and easy for me to manage. The bigger , well-klnown companies seem too large to provide personal attention to customers like me in most cases.

After inquiring alot before buying our store and receiving prompt and informative responses, as well as being able to see the store before I bought it, we decided to go with the Partner option. I must say that the communication and support, both before and after have been excellent. It is refreshing to receive support without having to wait long.

My wife is in charge of online marketing, so the weekly training is fantastic for he. The overall support is excellent. I definitly recommend this company if you want the extra help and support.

The ongoing support has been immense. Training is solid and sales orientated and I am about to make my 1st sale (R30k) in under 3 weeks. Easy to follow guidelines and a team who answers emails until late in the evening. Always willing to help. Shaza and Natalie, you are amazing. Thank you!
