DISHONEST ROBBERS
Bought 2 tickets for Monday 27th January for €35.00 each (€70.00 total), assuming it was the going rate, as it was from a reputable company.
NOT SO!
When we queried why we had been sold tickets when half the palace was closed (gardens and cafe), due to a storm coming, which they knew about, we then found out the true cost of a ticket to see the alcazar palace and that is €15.50 each (€31.00 total).
So we basically overpaid by €39.00!!
Initially, we asked for replacement tickets for another day and received standardised responses but that is when we found out the true cost of the tickets.
When we asked for the difference in price to be refunded at least, we were met with silence.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, THEY ARE DAYLIGHT ROBBERS.
