No communication AT ALL
I placed an order for a bag on May 24th and paid over €100 including shipping. Since receiving the order confirmation, I have not received any updates regarding the shipment of my order.
I even downloaded the tracking app recommended by the company, but there is still no shipping information available. I also reached out via Instagram DM and sent an email to customer support, but I have not received a response through either channel.
At this point, it has been over two weeks with no communication, no shipping confirmation, and no indication of when my order will be sent. The lack of customer service and transparency is very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money spent.
I hope the company improves its communication and customer support in the future.
