As in previous years, excellent service. We have no hesitation to recommend Ibrahim.

Knowledgeable and reliable.
That was my original comment after Real Boiler services did several jobs for me. Then in December the service went completely down hill. A valve on the boiler was changed then left leaking. An appointment was booked on a Friday morning I waited in all day and no one turned up at all, on Saturday I received an apology and a promise to come first thing the following Thursday. Again we waited in all day and no one turned up. I hate leaving bad reviews but that's the point of a review site. Real Boilers get your communications sorted out if you are not coming say so, before you are due to come not the day after.......

Once again an excellent service and job. Ibrahim is very professional and honest. He does not mind answering any questions even after the job has been completed. I use Ibrahim for all my plumbing needs and would not hesitate to recommend him

Excellent customer service with integrity - diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in the same visit, getting the required part from a local supplier (not Japan, as another company had suggested!). Wore shoe covers to protect my carpet. Courteous, clean and tidy workmanship, competent and cheerful. I have no hesitation in going a five star recommendation for this company.

just had my annual boiler service and gas safety check done and very happy with the level of service from the real boiler servicing team as per usual. if you want your plumbing needs taken care of by a trusted qualified professional then i cannot recommend them enough!!

Very professional service. The engineer checked my gas pressure and found I had an issue with external gas pressure, he contaced the mains gas supplier who then rectified the issue. The level of service I received was excellent, I have had many boiler services in the past, but this was the best. I've recommended Real boiler service to my friends and family.
