The customer service that texted me was phenomenal. I had a great experience with them. The doctor I spoke to however, had a judgmental tone about my number of animals. Im a bit frustrated that the site let me add 4 animals, but the max allowed per letter is 2. Thankfully the text customer service clarified this and refunded the two animals not covered. I would use this service again!

The process here with RealESALetter was legit and simple. I received my letter quickly. My letter was accepted without question at my apartment complex, along with my dog and under all the conditions approved by my therapist. Communication wasn't the best experience. It made me feel like I was being scammed because I was waiting for updates and didn't receive much communication throughout the process. My ESA letter also had the wrong birthday listed, which was frustrating.

That being said, they did follow through on what they promised. I received my letter in less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. They were also kind and willing to help correct the mistake. Overall, while the communication could be improved, they did deliver the service they advertised.

They sent me a letter from a therapist in California and I stated numerous times that I live in Alabama. They would not change the letter or give a refund. Alabama law states that the letter has to be from a licensed therapist in Alabama in order to be legal here!
