Ha I am not a person who usually writes these things but I had the best experience today with my sales rep/webdesigner Darren. He took his time to actually explain the program I signed up for and explained what I should expect from real estate agent.com thanks guys Darren is a a1guy to have working for you he really helped me out today!!! Great experience, was quick, to the point, answered all of my questions on the presentation but still didn't expect much.... proved me wrong, working with a client now that found me here!!!!

For your $75 they may provide little nibbles, but if you want to act on those nibbles, well- that costs more.

I had a call from Monica at realestateagent.com- We spoke for a bit and I asked her to call back at a more convenient time. I researched the company for reviews which were not favorable. When she called back I explained I was already involved with other lead services and that reviews for her comany were not good but said I would hold onto her contact info. She continued to pursue my reasons, and would not accept my answer. I had to hang up. She relentlessly called me back until I answered and proceeded to tell me I was rude and "what was my problem?" before she hung up. Apparenty she has a hearing problem. I will NEVER do business with this company.

They are very shady. I tried the program and did not realize the auto renewal and it did NOT provide any results. Made it very difficult to cancel and sign an agreement that was not clear. SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Do not fall for this. Sadly, I'm a nearly $100million volume agent and I let this go on far too long. In trying to cancel, they made it nearly impossible and having to go to my credit card company to file as a scam. RUN AWAY.

A sales person from from real estate.com called and called and convinced to sign up for a lead generation product. He lied and said that I could easily cancel after the trial period. After receiving absolutely no leads, it was almost impossible to cancel. It the meantime, they continue to try to charge your card. Rude sales people will not allow to cancel until you pay all pass fees. This is a SCAM, unfair, and provides absolutely no value. Please be aware!!! I will not pay this jokers another penny!

Not a good experience using Karen Harvey, a Wausau Wis realtor. I tried selling my home in order to downsize to something smaller. She found a buyer, we signed a contract, but I was not able to find a smaller replacement due the current market availability. Could not move. Karen Harvey still demanded her commissions. Cost me thousands paying her and legal fees. Would of been OK to pay her something to cover some costs, but not so much. Feel it was terrible the way Karen Harvey treated an elderly person (over 65) Please make sure if you have to use Karen Harvey, Wausau Wis realtor to sell your home in order to downsize, you have a replacement place in mind before signing a contract.

Generated zero leads or sales over a 9 month period. They make it super confusing and difficult to cancel the subscription. After I called and made it clear I wanted to cancel, they sent me a link that you apparently then have to use to cancel the service. Absolute trash customer service. Basically a scam.

My subscription to realestateagent.com was an excellent choice for my business. It generated some pretty impressive traffic to my site, yet in the long run. I must highlight flawless and prompt customer service. I never encountered payment issues since notifications were transparent. And the articles published gave me some astounding ideas for future investment opportunities and upgrades to my property. Keep up the good work, guys!

After trying several online real estate services, this one didn't only help me find relevant information that's constantly updated to the ever-changing real estate climate, but also buyers. I get new clients and deals are being closed much faster than before.

What a scam this company is!! I signed up for a trial after the agent convinced me to try it out because it will benefit me. They continued the subscription without my knowledge. When I figured it out and tried to cancel my subscription they I couldn't cancel until the 10 days before the 3 month is up which mean if I forgot then they will charge me again and tell me that I can't cancel again until the next 3 months later. My window to cancel is 10 days before the new charge starts. This is ridiculous!!! Be aware before you sign up for a trial period with this company.

Not good service at all. Not Recommend!!!

This company is a scam. They sign you up with a promotion (typical) but tell you if you want to cancel cancel by a certain date but that date they give you is after the cancellation period. Then they charge your card. Beware of Wendy at 954-983-8668 and Business Locate.

Recommend! very good customer experience

In just a few short weeks, I received a wonderful buyer who I am actively working with. In many years of trying different programs, this is the first one that produced anything, whether buyer or seller. I would definitely recommend trying program!
