This site listed a lot of our older, already sold & no longer listed anywhere for sale, past listings on it as "For Sale" with our contact information. Sites we sold a year or more ago. I think this is misleading & listing our contact info without our consent is wrong. I would not rely on this website for accurate, up-to-date information.

I had a very bad experience working with Jennifer Kosar of ERA One. After purchasing the home, I learned that the county was in the middle of a property value reassessment -- something Jennifer never disclosed during the buying process. This has had a direct financial impact on me, and its information any responsible realtor should make sure their client is aware of. Also, the condition of the home was misrepresented by the seller and Jennifer Kosar. Several issues that were minimized or glossed over have turned into costly repairs.
Because I lived two hours away, I relied on Jennifer to be my long-distance eyes and ears. I expected honesty, thoroughness and transparency, and unfortunately that's not what I received. For anyone who finds themselves working with this realtor make sure you watch your back, verify everything she tells you, check her references and stay aware of what she may be doing behind the scenes. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend. Buyers deserve full disclosure and an advocate/realtor they can trust. Jennifer Kosar is not that realtor.

Finally someone launched AI search. It is so time consuming to search properties using old methods of sorting as other site work. Great job guys!

They have an enormous amount of info about CRE properties without requiring expensive memberships.

They had about 50 listed properties in the Atlanta or Metro areas. I wrote down about 10 of them. I was going to go check out each of the sites I chose, but before that, I googled them and to my surprise, all of them except one said not for sale or not for rent. Thank goodness I did that because I would've been making blank trips. There was only one I went to check out and couldn't find it at all!! So disappointed!!!

Amazing to see how many listings this site has and how much information about properties. No other site can match it!

Good support, helped to solve the issue with the listing

This website is a disaster. Features don’t work, navigation is broken, and an account was somehow created for me without my input. None of the buttons respond, including the cancellation option. The interface is confusing and poorly formatted. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Get on your website and you’re off market on everything why don’t you update your website?

I like how the matching works. It feels like it understands what I’m looking for instead of showing random stuff. Cut my search time by half, and now I get regular relevant notifications when new deals pop up.

I was really impressed with Location Insight. Shows traffic, neighbors, markers. Helps me analize potentia;l site locations without paying a ton of money.

Waste of time at 3108 Adora teal way. Wife told agent what business I run. After stopping my day and driving 1.5 hours to the warehouse I was informed they wouldn’t for a business like mine. Big waste of time,wont bother with this agent again.

Pretty impressive Location analytics tool. it's very hard to find a tenant these days, so it helps to know local demand and potential growth markers. I gave it a try and and will see how it turns out. Other companies charge a ton of money to access this kind of information.

Realmo has some good tools, but not always clear how to use them. I spent time looking for answers, wish there was a FAQ with clear instructions. Mobile version is hard to navigate. Otherwise, there is a ton of useful information.

I was very pleased and impressed with the amount of data Realmo has ! All records that I checked were up to date .

This site has so much ai stuff in the free plan, but the platform still needs some polishing in navigation. But I guess with this amount of data, it is hard to do
