Zelfuitsluiting is volledig onmogelijk. Via support wordt je gevraagd naar customers een mail te sturen wat tot twee keer niets oplevert en support stuurt standaard en excact zelfde mail als reactie op klacht. Uitsluiting wordt niet gerealiseerd. Volstrekt verkeerde bedoelingen dit casino

Deposit is done money gone but the site is not giving it they are stealing your money for days and dont let you play. Livechat is fake the same answers every time. Mail is not a option no reaction for days. Simpy the most garbage site i ever played on.

Das RTP ist zwar gut und die Auszahlung geht schnell. Aber: keinen Bonus in Anspruch nehmen! Es gibt einen Höchstgewinn des fünffachen des Bonusbetrages. Beispiel: man zahlt 100 Euro ein, bekommt 10% Bonus, dann kann man maximal 50 auszahlen. Den Rest kassiert das Casino.

Ich habe unlängst 50 einbezahlt und 75% Bonus, also 37,50 erhalten.
Bei einem Stand von etwa 330 kam die Nachricht, dass mein Bonus umgesetzt wurde und 187,50 gutgeschrieben wurden. Die restlichen rund 150 Euro waren weg. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass maximal das 5-fache des EINSATZES ausbezahlt werden, das wären 250.-
Die Antwort von mir wurde ignoriert.
Tage später im Livechat wurde mir erklärt, dass es sich um das 5-fache des Bonusbetrages handelt.

Ich halte das für Betrug, denn wenn man zufällig einen höheren Betrag gewinnt, nimmt sich den das Casino, das RTP ist also weg und kann auch nicht von anderen Spielern gewonnen werden.
Ich finde, dass man solch dubiose Machenschaften nicht unterstützen darf und warne daher vor diesem Anbieter.

Opposite from all other reviews, i had pretty good experience with RealSpin. I used their sportsbook. Money from withdraws came in 1-2 days time.

2 things why i cant rate them 5* - after few sportsbook wins, my account was limited really fast. And if you withdraw money from them more than once in 30 days time, they took 8% extra commision, what is kinda interesting.

I opened an account and I was granted a €65 bonus as a welcome bonus. The bonus condition was to wager the amount to €4000,which I did complete and won €600 at the end of my activity. I cashed out my winning of €1050 on the 5th of October for approval. It took them another 5 days to revert back to me with the message of rejection with an outrageous excuse that I somehow manipulated the bonus.
