I have purchased from Rebag many times before with no issue. However, this time I went to purchase a medium Dior lady handbag that was listed as white with gold hardware. I was excited because Iâve been searching for this bag for a very long time and I have never had any issue before with misleading descriptions, etc. However, when I received the bag, it was cream colored and NOT white. Everyone knows there is an obvious difference, and itâs not simply based upon the eye of the holder! I returned the bag immediately the next day, so well within the 7 day return period & was charged a $50 return fee plus my shipping charge was not credited back. I can understand the shipping, but why am I paying $50 for a mistake that you made with an inaccurate description? Needless to say I likely will not purchase from Rebag again! Iâve been a long time customer but I basically paid $70 for them to ship something that was not accurately described. I bet they are making a killing financially on that catch alone!
Stand by your product, and if it is inaccurately described, a purchaser should be entitled to a full refund!
There are many companies who offer this service and products. As I choose items for purchase, I expect exact photos with the upmost accuracy for lighting and color - the last purchased item was obviously either a set of stock photos or lighting which completely changed the appearance of the item. That is unacceptable in my opinion.
