Valued backend support
I'd almost given up on Rebel support but Priya restored my faith in the company. I'm not a wiz at the backend of the website and needed help. A couple earlier attempts were unsuccessful even getting connected with someone. But once Priya and I connected, she stuck with the problem and found the resolution.

Their slogan is 'We're here to help', and they're not kidding! I had a billing issue, and Jasmita helped sort it out in minutes. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful on the phone, and my refund was promptly issued. It's such a treat these days to deal with a company that actually has excellent customer service!

Our WordPress site went down ths morning, and Rebel.com saved the day
Our WordPress site went down this morning, and I no longer had "the guy" that we were using to support the site. After a quick chat with Rebel.com, Audrey showed me how to add another user so my "next guy" could access the WordPress site without access to the rest of my Domain Hosting. Great. Since we were handling our own support for our sites, I wasn't sure if Rebel.com could help, but I thought I'd throw it out there. A quick security verification to confirm I was who I said I was (I appreciate that), a two- to three-minute wait, and then Audrey came back to tell us our site was back up and running!
She just "had to increase our PHP performance settings," and there you go. I have no idea what that means, but her magic worked!!
Saved our day. Great tech support!!

Rebel is very lucky to have Jasmita represent them. Not all of us are domain savvy when it comes to set up. Time is valuable. She picked up on my struggle, verified my account, i gave my consent for her to jump in the driver's seat and in under a minute her response...done. Careful this bunch are in my view Scammers. I keep getting threats and insist I hit a renewal" button, but no indication of the amount or what the fee is or what it is for.. they have NOT responded to my FOUR written requests for at least some detail on what they are charging for. Some of the individual staff are great but the company's policies and execution are just awful. Don't deal with them

'Award winning' service is anything but
'Award winning' service directs you to a chat that indicates there is '1' person ahead of you. There is '1' person ahead of you for an hour.
Nameserver wasn't recognized by Google authentication, and no help forthcoming. Many other, better providers that have more scope and reach, and integrate with web builders better than this.
I don't recommend.

Priya
I had a great experience when contacting Rebel online chat platform. I had informed the agent of an email I received from Rebel with regards to updating contact information and I was unsure of it's legitimacy.
They promptly created a ticket and asked me to provide them the email communication so that they could investigate it further.
Within minutes they had confirmed it as SPAM. Their quick response and resolution helped me prevent a potentially catastrophic security breach for our company.

Patient and Kind
Isreal was so patient and so kind with me today. The person I had before was somewhat helpful but Isreal was incredible. He walked me through, even gave me words of encouragement, and I was able to get all my email stuff set up with my personal domain. SUPER happy with the expernece.
