I placed an order almost two months ago and I haven’t received it, I can’t email or get in touch with customer service for some reason so this is my only point of contact.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAITED AN ENTIRE MONTH FOR MY PACKAGE AND IT NEVER CAME. THEY DO NOT COMPLY TO THE POLICYS THEY SAY THEY DO AND THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME OUT OF MONEY. I AM APPALLED IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD

SPOSTAMENTO DA REBELLE A VINTED
Ho avviato la procedura che doveva a detta loro essere sicura e facile, di spostamento da Rebelle a Vinted. Il programma automatico su cui si base praticamente l'intera piattaforma Vinted ha bloccato il mio account in fase di trasferimento, in modo permanente. Ho cercato di spiegare loro che sarebbe stato normale che il loro programma avrebbe trovato delle incongruenze tipo: articoli doppi, con pelliccia, con sfondo bianco ecc. e che lo stesso programma li avrebbe visti come cose non ammissibili su Vinted ma dovevano tener conto che su Rebelle c'erano regole diverse e queste cose erano normali. In totale io sono stata bloccata senza aver fatto nulla se non avviare lo spostamento, cliccare un semplice tasto. Non ho quindi nemmeno mai potuto iniziare a provare a vendere su Vinted. Mi hanno risposto che questa è la procedura, non hanno sentito ragioni. Sono stata tagliata fuori permanentemente. E' folle a dire poco. Io ero una delle maggiori venditrici su Rebelle e Vinted mi ha tagliata fuori. Credo che se ha fatto così con altri venditori che avevano tutti i prodotti che avevo io questa fusione Rebelle-Vinted sarà un fallimento. Vinted non era pronta per questa cosa, lo ha dimostrato ma non ha nemmeno avuto l'umiltà di dire ho sbagliato adesso sistemo tutto.

Do not use. Spent £900 over a year ago and still no bag. Then asked for a European address to send to as do not send to England anymore. Did this to my friends postal address in Spain but rejected. They will not refund the money. STEALING!!!!

Rebelle è stata una piattaforma meravigliosa, personale preparato disponibile. Un'azienda dove la parola d'ordine è stata: serietà.
Sono molto dispiaciuta che abbia chiuso, mi mancherà molto.. grazie ..

Ordered item 9 March 24, tracking says delivered in Nov 23. I've emailed and reported on the app got auto response. This company is a scam don't order from them.

Terrible communication and customer service. Item never arrived. Got one email reply saying that another would be dispatched. That never happened and all emails since to this company have been ignored. Cheap goods but risk of non delivery and no assistance if this is the case. Stay clear.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago, items haven’t arrived and I have asked for a refund and I have not received a refund either - my last emails haven’t even been replied to even though I said I would now like to complain - total scam of a business - furious as outfits were for my daughter for an event she was going to so now it is too late to reorder from another website

Sono stata informata che gli articoli che avevo in vendita, sarebbero passati su Vinted dato che ora sono stati assorbiti da questa piattaforma, senza fare niente perché si sarebbero arrangiati loro. Dopo qualche giorno chiedo aggiornamenti e Rebelle mi risponde di non aver trasferito niente perché non avevo più articoli in vendita. Grandissima balla!!! Ora ho chiesto il resoconto del mio account che sicuramente non avrò!!! Fortemente disonesti e opportunisti!!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde bestimmt wieder bei Rebelle bestellen. Der Parka ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut erhalten. So wie beschrieben

Fraudulent shop: goods never delivered and monies paid never returned. They keep on alleging that the monies were returned but that has never happened . They hide behind a dubious service provider when we clearly never received the money back.

WARNING! I have sold an item on Rebelle and to get my payout verified I need to update my address as I have moved house. I have done so on the account pages however the Stripe verification process is still pointing to the old address. I have called customer service multiple times for assistance and they keep referring me to write an email about the matter however despite numerous emails no one has gotten back to me (yes I have confirmed that it is the correct email).

The worst sales platform I've ever seen! There is no such thing! Since they have the highest commissions on the market, they take almost half of you sometimes, they pay very hard. I sent 3-4 e-mails to ask why I am not paying for an item sold on January 30, 2024 that arrived in a few days and was checked? Evasive, lying answers. Now finally, after many requests, they send me an announcement that they will make the payment only next week. They are the worst possible, careless and mocking.Otherwise, very rigorous when it comes to their money, their conditions, their offers for which they charge the sellers without informing them, they are very fast and rigorous about all this. When it's time to release the payments, they start lying, that one thing doesn't work, that another doesn't work. Nonsense.

Suite à une vente effectuée avant le nouvel an je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon paiement. Ils se foutent du monde.

Bisher habe ich gerne bei Rebelle etwas gekauft. Produkte die ich über den Concierge Service gekauft habe waren geprüft und ich konnte mir sicher sein, dass es sich nicht um eine Fälschung handelt oder kaputt war. Mit der Verlagerung zu Vinted werde ich garantiert nichts mehr kaufen. Vinted ist für Käufer die schlimmste Plattform überhaupt, es werden Produktbilder rein gestellt von Dingen die nicht zum Verkauf stehen, über das Bezahlsystem wird nichts verkauft, somit kein Schutz für den Käufer und auf Anfragen von wird nicht reagiert. Erst schreiben Sie , dass Artikel verkauft ist, lassen sie mich Artikel zu schicken, nach 3 Wochen ( erst als ich nachgefragt habe) schreiben sie Artikel wurde storniert , zurück schicken hat auch 2 Wochen gedauert.
Auszahlung von verkaufte Artikel dauert auch mehrere Wochen , ich musste 3 mal email schreiben , damit ich mein Geld bekommen könnte.
Jetzt wollen sie mir eine Provision Rechnung stellen , weil ich sie nicht mehr vertraue und mein Artikel nicht zuschicken will. Abzocke !

Ist ja klar wieso sie schließen müssen!

Sono dei truffatori. Hanno venduto delle ballerine Pollini a 36 euro e mi hanno accreditato 1 euro.
Procederò a formalizzare una denuncia.

Sicuramente non sono stata l'unica ad essere truffata (a me è andata ancora bene perché la cifra era bassa, mi immagino la rabbia di quei poveretti che hanno inviato articoli dal valore di centinaia di euro).... Se qualcuno volesse attivare anche un'azione legale comune contro questi truffatori sono disponibile ad aderire, contattatemi pure
