Hello,

We appreciate your feedback. It’s completely understandable to feel frustrated when a slot session doesn't go your way. It might not change how a frustrating streak feels, but we want to reassure you that our slots use the standard, factory-set RTP directly from the game providers. We respect your perspective, appreciate the nod on our sports book and quick prize redemptions. Wishing you the best of luck wherever you decide to spin next!

Hey,

We know it sounds cliché for a casino to say "it's all completely random," but we genuinely care about being transparent. Every table uses independently certified Random Number Generators that we don't control or manipulate. That said, we completely respect your perspective and appreciate you sharing your honest experience. If you ever want us to pull the hand logs from that session just so you can see the deal history, our support team is always here to help. We wish you the best of luck wherever you decide to play next!

Hey, we hear you—sitting through a run of blackjack where the dealer keeps pulling incredible hands is incredibly painful. When a streak like that happens, it’s completely natural to feel like the game is stacked against you, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We take great pride in providing a world-class, premium gaming experience that our community can trust. To guarantee absolute integrity, both Rebet and our elite, globally recognized game partners utilize certified digital shuffling systems.

Just like at a physical casino table, statistical anomalies and tough dealer streaks do happen, but the odds are always true to the game. We appreciate you testing our virtual tables risk-free using ReBet Coins, and we really hope the deck treats you to some much better hands next time around!

Hello,

We completely understand how frustrating it is to experience a delay regarding your account, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Our primary goal at Rebet is to maintain a fair, secure, and compliant gaming environment for all our players. When unusually large or rapid balances occur, our security team is required to conduct a thorough review alongside our software providers before any funds can be cleared. During this mandatory review, our technical team identified a system-wide software malfunction within our virtual craps game that impacted how payouts were being calculated. Per our Terms of Service, any balances generated as a result of a technical glitch or software error cannot be honored. Now that the software provider has successfully resolved the glitch and verified the data, we have corrected your balance to your legitimate cash earnings. Furthermore, your account has been fully reinstated so you can access and withdraw these valid funds immediately.

We sincerely apologize for the time it took to complete this investigation and for the lapse in communication while our teams worked through the technical data. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this accurately.

Hey,

Thanks for posting about your experience. I want to assure you that we do not suspend accounts for being profitable. As long as an account is in compliance with our Terms of Use, it will remain active and in good standing. Suspensions only occur when a specific violation of our terms is detected. For a closer look at what factors can lead to an account being flagged and how the resolution process works, you can check out our support article here: https://rebet-support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/46495772651547-Understanding-and-Resolving-Account-Suspensions

Hello,

We hear your frustration, and we apologize for the poor experience you had trying to log into your account and view your pick status. We're always open to feedback, and we want to clear up what happened.

Our compliance team has reviewed your account and resolved the login issues, so you should now be able to access it. However, regarding your futures on the Spurs: in accordance with recent regulatory changes in the state of California, an in-app push notification was published to inform users that effective January 1, 2026, all remaining pending picks for users registered in California had to be canceled.

This cancellation was strictly due to these state regulatory requirements and was not something initiated by us without cause. We sincerely apologize if you were unable to view that notification until now.

If you have any remaining questions now that your login access is restored, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to help!

Hello!

Thank you so much for sharing this feedback, and we sincerely apologize for how poorly this was handled. We take promo transparency very seriously, and it is never our intention to make you feel like you have to screenshot the app just to get what you were promised. You are completely right to feel frustrated—if you saw the promo active in the app right before purchasing, that match should have been honored. Our support team absolutely dropped the ball here, and we want to save this relationship and make things right.

After a little bit of digging, I believe I found your email exchange and your ReBet account. We are currently reviewing this interaction internally to ensure our team handles these edge cases with much better care and flexibility moving forward. We would love the chance to make this right by manually crediting that 50% match you missed out on.

If you're open to it, please reach out to us directly at support@rebet.app using 'Trustpilot Review Team' in the subject line. We will pull your ticket to the front of the line, apply your match bonus, and ensure your next experience with us is exactly what it should have been from the start.

Thank you for the honest feedback! We're glad you think ReBet is a decent app, but we completely understand why missing the Game Pass drops it down for you. Completing those challenges definitely added an extra layer of fun.

To give you the inside scoop, the Game Pass is currently just on pause while our team works hard to bring it back with new enhancements and a much smoother experience. While we don't have a firm timeline for the revision just yet, our goal is to ensure the upgraded version is of the highest quality for our community.

We are absolutely looking to bring it back as soon as possible, so please keep an eye on our official social media channels and in-app notifications for updates! We'll also pass your feedback regarding live player props along to our development team. We hope to earn those extra stars back from you soon!

Thanks for the feedback! We're glad you’re loving the speed of the redemptions. Because Rebet operates as a social sweepstakes, our compliance rules limit redemptions to once per day. We know it’s a bit of a hurdle when you’re looking for more frequency, but these limits help us keep the platform secure and running smoothly for everyone. We appreciate you being a member of the community.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we want to apologize sincerely for the frustration you've experienced. We completely understand how stressful it is to accidentally make a selection, feel locked out of support, and deal with an app that keeps forcing you to log back in. That is not the type of experience we want for our players.

Our platform operates with live promotional gameplay, which typically means all entries are finalized once they are submitted and confirmed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or reverse any entries after they are placed and a game is started. That said, we never want you or any of our users to feel ignored by our team.

We noticed your review was left about 11 days ago, and we want to make sure your technical issues—especially the persistent logging out—are completely resolved. Please email us directly at support@rebet.app with the subject line "Trustpilot Review Follow-Up" and include your username. A senior support specialist will personally review your account logs, check on your previous support tickets, and work with you to ensure your app performance is stable moving forward.

We hear you loud and clear, and we apologize for the frustrating lag in communication. We're glad you love our games and instant payouts, but our support speed needs to match that standard. Because a bit of time has passed, we sincerely hope our team has already gotten your phone number updated and you're back to enjoying the platform. However, if this is still holding you up, please don’t stay stranded! We take all player concerns very seriously and completely understand how distressing and frustrating a situation like this is. We take your feedback very seriously. Per our platform's standard terms of use, any entries or payouts impacted by an active technical error must be voided to protect the integrity of the platform. We completely understand how incredibly frustrating that outcome is to see on your screen.

Hey, having an account locked right when you go to redeem is a terrible experience, especially when you know the rules inside and out.

We want to acknowledge how stressful and unfair that felt from your perspective. We are truly sorry for the lack of clear communication and the poor experience you had with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we wish you nothing but the best moving forward.

I hear you, and honestly, I am so sorry about how this went down. Looking back at how this was handled, you had every right to be frustrated—that accusation was completely uncalled for, and it sounds like a total breakdown in communication on our end.

Even though this happened months ago, we want to sincerely apologize for the mix-up and the unfair experience you had with our support team. We've used feedback like yours is how we improve our support training so we don't repeat mistakes like this. Thank you for calling us out on it, and we wish you the best.

Hey, I can totally see why you'd feel that way if you've been hit with a rough losing streak, but I promise you we aren't an AI scam. Winning and losing both happen, but everything on our platform is completely legit and regulated.

We genuinely want you to have a good experience here. If you ever feel like something weird happened with a specific play, please hit us up at support@rebet.app so we can actually dig into it and show you what went down!
