I signed contract to have my bath redone from tub to shower a month ago and made a large deposit. Received a call in about a week later confirming they would be in touch with estimated installment date. To date I never received any other contact. Tried calling this morning - held for 30 minutes the accept their offer to call me back. Two hours have past and still not contact. Is this company still in business??

Bryce and Jaden did an excellent job of putting our new shower in. We live in a 1050"s home so they had their work cut out for them. They did such a good job and were very helpful with all of our questions and great workers.
We would recommend those two guys to anyone who asks.

“Reborn Cabinets Inc. DBA Reborn Bathsolutions” ordered a 6-inches shorter (in length) customized Jacuzzi for tub-shower than our $23,856 contract in 1/2024 (Costco Lead ID: XXX9411; RBC Appt No.:XXX9783). The project manager (714-618-7206) ridiculously insisted on changing my wall to be 5-6 inches thicker to “match” their thousands-dollars’ wrong order; I insisted on the same size based on our contract: he should have an express reorder for the right Jacuzzi on the same day!
Now, it is already June. Their delays caused my 2-year-old grandson’s painful falls two times and my cough for weeks due to the uncompleted and unsafe bath shower with their 35 in * 70 ceiling cut for months.
Do not trust the company! We need legal actions and experts with evidence, such as contracts, files, events, calls, photos, medical records, events, and witnesses. --- RC
