Do not buy from this company!!! They are complete scammers. I paid $105 and received a $10 doll. The doll I received is nothing like the doll in the picture of what I ordered. The customer service is awful. They refuse to pay return shipping or provide a refund until they receive the doll. When I bought the doll the return address was an address in New York, now on the website it's an address in China and the return shipping will be very expensive. I cannot write enough about how awful this company is!

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht. 127$, für eine stinkende, kaum bewegliche Puppe, die ich für meine handmade Sachen wollte und da mein Kinderwunsch abgeschlossen ist. Meine Kinder und ich, hatten uns einfach nur noch ein Geschwisterchen gewünscht, das wir lieben aber nicht größer wird. Dieses Baby kann ich ihnen nicht geben. Was soll das??? Frechheit und Geld ist auch weg. Finger WEG!!! Absolute Abzocke.... Verpackung war auch schon Kaputt und Schnuller passt überhaupt nicht.

WARNING, DO NOT ORDER. I Ordered a doll for my granddaughter that was suppose to coo and have a heartbeat. It doesn't have a place for batteries. I called several times, the message says, we will be with you shortly, after about 10 minutes, it all of a sudden says goodbye. I called endless times..They will not answer. This looks like a $20.00 from Walmart. Don't waste your money.

ordered 3 dolls. one looks like it has a broken nose with bruises to nose and both eyes, the other 2 are just poor quality and NOTHING like the pictures! one was supposed to be 20inches. its only 17. Two came identical except hair color. what a complete ripoff!!!

Horrible, just horrible. I ordered four different dolls and received four dolls that are exactly the same. I tried to call the number over and over again and a recording says phone support is currently undergoing maintenance. These are suppose to be Christmas Gifts. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office. How are such horrible people able to sale in the USA. Their phone number is 202-925-8083 DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED PERIOD.

Ich habe bei vermeintlich mehreren Anbietern von Reborn Dolls ( alle aus China ) Puppen bestellt und entweder eine Falschlieferung oder keine Lieferungen bekommen.Habe zig Mails hingeschrieben und es kam die Antwort,daß man meine Bestellung nicht findet,abgebucht über PayPal haben sie aber entweder am gleichen,oder darauffolgenden Tag.Auch nachdem ich Bestellbestätigung und Sendebestätigung als Kopie geschickt habe,konnten sie den Vorgang nicht finden.
Bei der Falschlieferung sollte ich auf meine Kosten die Plastikpuppe nach China zurückschicken,doch das Porto wäre mindestens 3x so hoch gewesen wie der Wert der falsch gelieferten Puppe.
Ich gehe davon aus,daß es sich bei den ganzen chin. Händlern die Reborn Dolls anbieten um vorsätzlichen Betrug handelt.Leider habe ich keinen Cent zurückbekommen,aber viele,viele Menschen kennen gelernt,denen es genauso ging.Es hat sich wohl auch eine Künstlerin,die die Puppen herstellt gemeldet und gesagt,daß die Videos und Fotos,mit denen die chin. Händler werben,allesamt geklaut wurden .Obwohl es viele Händler gibt,die diese Puppen anbieten und komischerweise auch die gleichen Videos und Fotos nutzen glaube ich,daß es sich immer um die gleiche Firma handelt,sie wechseln einfach nur immer die Namen. Ich habe von allen 3 Händlern,wo ich bestellt habe,keine und eine falsche Puppe erhalten.
Ich habe dies geschrieben,um andere Kunden zu warnen,so mega gut gemachte Puppen können zu einem Preis unter 100 € garnicht reell angeboten werden,ich habe im Netz eine Seite mit diesen Puppen gefunden ,allerdings für zT mehreren hundert Euro

I don't have much to say except my mother in law ordered me two for my birthday came 2 months later about 8 inches long and looks like dollar store dolls.As every one knows no refund no acknowledgement of wrong ful doings.Just beware.

I just ordered a doll from this site and wished I had looked at the reviews, hopefully they can give me a refund, I hate it when cheap companies steal people’s work to make money, the original people that made the dolls in the photos spend so much time and effort making them, wouldn’t Recommend

I ordered three dolls and NONE of them came looking like they were supposed to!!! Contacted customer service and they were very uncaring and told me to send an email with pictures of what I got and they would “try” to help me. Looked like $10 pieces of crap that you can get it Walmart!!!! But yet I spent almost $300 with them and got nothing but dented Cheap boxes with cheap dolls inside of them that looked terrible!!!!!!!

These are the absolute ugliest dolls I have ever seen. They look nothing like the pictures on their site. They are hard non flexible vinyl.., they came in poly mailers in crunched boxes. The hair was falling out and an arm was broken off. I called the "customer service representative" and was informed I have to pay shipping back to China. I begged the differ and he hung up on me. Worst absolute worst purchase experience I have ever had.

I orderered the lifelike baby dolls for my Grandaughters, they arrived today 4 months later. I was disgusted with the purchase. The only saving grace is I may be able to get a refund through PayPal. I wish I could upload the pictues that I took. Supposed to be 43cm long, isn't even as big as a small banana. Furious right now!

Do not order anything from rebornshoppe.com. from China!!! I ordered 4 dolls as Christmas gifts and they are not at all like the pictures!!! I wastes $350.00 on junk dolls that were not even close to the pictures. The dolls had drawn on hair. The pictures showed real hair. The clothes did not match the pictures. It took over a month to receive the first doll and I still have not received the other dolls! Please do not waste your money!!! This is most definitely a scam!!!

Believe everything you read from the reviews. This company is horrible I will be writing the FTC and my Attorney General as well. I wish I would’ve read the comments before I ordered from these crooks.

ordered 3 realistic looking new borns...yeah right they arrived 3 months later and it's absolutely nothing like the dolls they showed in the pics, one is all plastic including clothes at least it looks a bit like a doll but not even my dog likes it! the other 2 came stark naked, they look like gremlins! went to my orders and tried to get the original pics out but they deleted it! i'm absolutely disgusted!

Received my order only to find out 2 of my 9 clothing items were correct. I contacted the company to start a return only to get a response saying that I could have 20 percent off of my next order. They asked if that would work? I said no! I paid for 7 clothing items and did not receive them. The doll is not silicone at all and doesn’t look anything like picture. I want a refund and so far no response from company. Please do not buy from this company they do not honor their product and they are not willing to fix their mistakes! There goes 463 dollars down the drain! I hope my credit card company will allow me to file a fraud claim.

Do not buy... I bought this for my daughter, it smelled horrible. It smelled toxic and I was not going to let her play with the doll. The doll's mouth was all red, the paint was dripping and it looked like she was bleeding. Her face DID NOT AT ALL look like the pictures. The "company" refused to allow me to return the doll or process a refund. I had to contact our credit card company to dispute the charges and report this false "company".

Everybody complains about this shop, i mean the dolls dont look as realistic as the pictures but that is to be expected you cant bye a 1,000$ for 100$ these dolls are well done my only complaint is the hair but if you style it it looks good and the smell goes away after about a week. i will be ordering from hear again the only outher thing is the body is very square so you will have to order a new body. but if you are just starting these are good dolls.

I ordered the Journey doll before I read the reviews. I got a sick feeling that I was about to get scammed because it was taking so long. It took about 3 months, but she came. Her legs were detached, (I assume for shipping purposes), but were easy to put on. The vinyl body was of comparable to a store bought doll. (I expected a "squishier" material.) Definitely not the $100+ doll I ordered, but she was still cute and looked like her picture, so I was grateful for that. The fact that her legs were easy to remove and replace, allowed me to be able to add weight to my "hollow" baby.
