I paid money for a month subscription and was unable to play any of the videos I wanted to watch. Every video said “could not be loaded…server or network failed,” or just never loaded. Complete waste of money and nonexistent support.

I paid nearly £30 for 1 month and every model I search gets loads page videos of each model and just about 4 to 5 vids play all the rest gets page loading circle in the midle , they should all play if not take the vid down I'm gutted tbh please fix it Rec tube. because I paid for you're site few times now and same issue remains.also sometimes when I actually get a video to play the download button not showing up😢 please fix x

This company needs a customer service line. There are pics and videos from people that are obviously minors and you let them stay up. Who do we contact about having our content removed? I didn’t not authorize the videos of me get posted here but they are online now.

now the review, as of 3/11/2022 I am pretty disappointed, don't get me wrong there are lots of good videos on the website, some stuff you will not find anywhere else. However, on about 85% of the videos for each camstar I get the error "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported".

This cost me like $29 to buy and I come to find I can barely get any working videos from the cam stars I like, even though the thumbnail shows the video as existing. Also do not think this video error won't come up on your device, I tried many different browsers, devices, even cleared my browser settings and the error still persist. You are not immune to it, keep reading and avoid wasting your money.

This 2 star review might change to 5 in the future because I know these videos do work (I've seen them play without the error in the past) but it could possibly be some form of server error on their end, or the videos are actually gone and not there in reality anymore.

Before you buy just know that yes, there are a plentiful amount of videos. BUT, know that most if not all of them probably can't be played due to some corruption or serverside error. All those vidoes you see of camstars are an illusion, they don't seem to exist or work. You will be spending $29 to see about 5 working videos out of 30 for each Camstar (especially ones that made videos around 2016-2018). You simply are not getting the value you paid for.

If this error fixes itself I will change my review, but as of Mar 11 2022 rec-tube is broken, and the majority of the videos from older streamers are nonexistent.

I found multiple private videos of mine that i never gave permission for them to use on this site! I am calling the cops and reporting this!

I was never a paid cam girl. What I was was a high-on-drugs-hate-myself-suicidal-fool. I got on chaturbate just not caring and did it without getting any money. I didn’t know what I was doing, I’m not a part of this cam or porn world. You can tell I’m completely messed up in the video. I had planned on killing myself on train tracks and drugs shortly after. I didn’t I ended up in the mental hospital instead, but Rec-tube stealing my video sealed my fate. My life is destroyed now. These people stole a video I made when I was high on drugs. I made a huge mistake, and they have ruined my life. They don’t care. You can’t even contact them. My career is now over, and my fiancé left me when he found out. All because of one video I made when under the influence and depressed 4 years ago when my life was garbage. I got my life together now just for all of this. Thanks for exploiting someone who was demon-possessed-mentally ill. I hope whoever made Rec-tube.com burns in hell and that their children are filmed being raped, slaughtered, and cannibalized for others’ entertainment/amusement.

They stole my content and there is no way to contact them to have it removed. The way they run their business is disgusting and unethical to say the least.

My claim is not about stolen content. My claim is about poor streaming quality, when it is possible. Because most of the times the streaming is not possible.
