Dear Ady,

We are sorry to hear that you feel you haven't received your refund. We immediately looked into your case regarding order from June 8th to see what went wrong.

You approached us in the afternoon on June 17th. The same day, we sent you an email confirming that the Austrian Google Play code was successfully canceled. In that email, we offered you two options: a €51 store voucher or a full bank refund of €50.

To process the bank refund, we need your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT details. Because we have not yet received a response from you, the refund is currently pending in our administration.

We want to resolve this for you right away! Could you please reply to our email from June 17th with your bank details? As soon as we receive them, we will transfer the money immediately or send the store voucher. If you cannot find our email, please check your spam folder or reach out to us again directly via email.
