Re color gold blond turned my hair bright orange. Then they texted that they are sending more to me. I don't want more. I want my money back.

Paid for product, never delivered, and won’t respond to my emails requesting an update and refund. Disappointed.

Didn’t expect a shampoo to replace my salon visits but here we are lol. It’s sooo easy to use, no mess, no stains on my skin or bathroom which is a big win for me.

Was skeptical but gave it a shot and yeah it works. My beard grays blended in nicely and it didn’t look obvious or overdone.

At first I thought the color might turn out too dark but it actually blended really well with my natural tone. Looks soft and dimensional, not like a block color. My hair feels healthier too, like it actually nourishes while coloring which is rare. Will def keep using this.

The conditioner combo is actually worth it btw. My color lasted longer than expected and didn’t fade patchy. Hair stayed smooth and manageable too.

Okay but why did no one tell me about this sooner!! It literally feels like washing your hair and boom color done. No bowls no gloves nothing, just simple.

The texture of the shampoo is nice and spreads evenly. I didn’t need a lot product even with longer hair. One bottle seems like it will last a while which is nice.

I ordered Black, brown and blond for 3 different people.
None covered gray.
And the blond shampoo left purple and gray streaks. Hair ruined.
