I had to get my hair done at the last minute. ReCool I got on Sept. 10th the delivery. I purchased on 3rd of September. Now, I will purchase again on September 23rd 2025.

I’m so happy with this wig! The quality is excellent, the hair feels soft, natural, and doesn’t tangle easily. The colour is exactly as shown online, and the fit is comfortable and secure. It was packaged well and arrived quickly too. This is my second wig and I’ll definitely be ordering again from this company!

When I missed my delivery, a member of recool emailed me to offer their support, which was reassuring for me and whilst we were communicating my parcel arrived. Wow..
wow the hair is amazing exactly like the picture. So soft, bouncing and straight which is exactly what I was looking for.

Horrible customer service!!
I tried ordering a wig but the website kept freezing and refreshing so when I finally did put in a order I order the wrong wig( correct wig wrong density) I immediately reach out to to customer service to cancel and reorder all the numbers listed are fake I even downloaded the WhatsApp to contact them on their number listed WhatsApp says the number is not associated with any account there's no way to cancel thru the website and they respond when they want to via email according to other honest reviews please do not order from this site! I have never experience such BS an because I went thru afterpay its even more of a headache!! can't get my money back for nothing smh..

I really like this brand of hair it is very soft. I have had my wig since May for my birthday and it bounce back every time. I plan to order a straight one asap and they even have buy now pay later options.

I ordered two wigs for my mom that has cancer. The order came quicker than extended which was great. Now my mom wears the wig everyday. The curls hold so nicely she just adds water to it no product. Parting and plucking was great! 10/10 wig company I already recommended to my sister and friend. I found them from a google ad recommendation and so glad I did. And did I mention the prices are affordable and website is user friendly! Great shopping experience with Recoolhair.
