I had looked for this product at RecoverFit but it was out of stock for some time. They offered an email reminder and once i received this email, the product was in my hands less than 2 days later. very fast. Would be 5 star if it was in stock. Otherwise, highly recommend the company.

Quick delivery and a really good product looking forward to putting them to use especially for someone who suffers with Achilles tendinitis and injury riddled ankles

I’ve had mixed experiences with RecoverFit. While delivery has previously been fast, it was slower this time without updates, which was disappointing. On the plus side, their customer service is excellent—Harry was prompt and helpful in resolving issues with my PowerDot. Unfortunately, the product itself proved unreliable for my needs. However, the team’s dedication and willingness to assist are top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their strong service and customer care. Overall, a solid company with room for improvement. 4 stars!

Having previously had fast delivery and being very happy, this time delivery was slow with no updates from the company. Maybe just a glitch but still disappointing!

I bought a PowerDot 0.2 from RecoverFit in June. After a month the indicator broke down. Harry was very efficient he quickly replaced a new indicator for me. But the replace indicator broke down again today, when reported the fault Harry immediately reply advised me to return the PowerDot unit he will try to get me a refund. I am doing my post stroke recovery with the Powerdot program to strengthen various parts of my body muscles. It really upset and disappointed me that PowerDot is not a reliable goods. I have to return the goods to RecoverFit and my stroke post rehabilitation came to a halt. I hope Harry can solve out something for me. I rather have the goods instead of the refund but since PowerDot’s indicator kept falling apart it shows that it is not a reliable goods. I am still waiting for Harry to resolve my problem.

I broke down with two flat tyre rang the AA Kevin arrived in a van said they were beyond repair & arranged for a breakdown truck to arrive.
CF recovery truck arrived Peter the driver assessed the situation & within minutes had the vehicle on the back of his truck I was very impressed with his professional skills also his attitude & customer care was first class & he is a credit to his company. Arrived home he unloaded the the vehicle & left with a big smile on his face not many with his attitude in this day & age.
Thanks again Peter you really are a top man.

Amazing service

Excellent customer service. However, powerdot duo bluetooth connection is very temperamental and the USB port fragile.

Arrived promptly and products seem of a high quality. A1 ankle support works well.
