Ice Tub arrived today well wrapped and ahead of time! Really excited to set up my Ice Tub (size medium/grey). I bought a £99 pop-up tub earlier this year to ensure I actully used it before investing in something more substantial. Having now passed my own test of using it almost every day (I also swim in open water so allow myself some off days) I looked at every option on the market. Quality and practicalities were as important as the price but I’m very pleased with the cost of the ice bath in relation to the quality of the product. It also had to fit in a specific space in the garden (out of sight). I was tempted by the metal stock tanks, they look cool but they’re very upright and TBH I thought they may be scratchy/rough to sit in as they are made for cattle to drink from rather than humans to sit in. Almost went for the Large but the medium is fine for me at 5’10” and 100kg. The deal breaker/deciding factor for me was the solid lid - it's very well designed and fits perfectly, having had the pop-up tub for six months I know that soft material lids get waterlogged and spill debris into tub water every time it rains, that results in having to change the water more often. I’ll fill it up at the weekend and start stretching out rather than sitting crossed legged and also very importantly enjoying being able to get in and out of the tub without the fear of bursting the thing!

Excellent experience buying the Normatec 3 boots. Really knowledgeable member of staff on the phone, the product was delivered the following day and is so far excellent.

First 3 out of 4 were defective and did not turn on at all. Replacement pair lasted 10 hours, not the advertised 30 hours. Huge disappointment and a terrible product for the environment. Disposable almost immediately after first few uses.

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. They were very understanding and let me exchange them and sent over a new pair right away. I am very happy with their service.

Purchased a Hypervolt 2 PRO last year, no issues up until yesterday where it stopped powering on.

Spoke to Harry and following a short video explaining my issue, he organised for a new battery to be sent out to me and it arrived in less than 24 hours.This allowed for no disruptions to my business.

Harry's communication was stellar and the urgency with which he organised the replacement is probably the best I've experienced. Proper customer service.

You never want to contact customer service, but if you do, the experience I've had with Harry is what you would want.

Great site. Easy to use. Order came a day later than expected though despite ordering hours before the ‘next day delivery’ cut off. Will still order from here again though.

Good service and was prompt in resolving my issue. Just a shame I got 1 of the 2 knee support I ordered but they did deliver the 2nd one a few days later.

The item arrived promptly,but the case was broken. I contacted Recoverfit. They replied within the hour, and another item was shipped to me, and arrived three days later, with bubble wrap around it!!! And the new one was absolutely fine. Good customer service
