Really simple process, can't believe how easy it us to generate cash from old mobile phones, definitely recommend them.

After looking online to sell my old phone Recycle Pro quoted a good price and free tracked postage. They acknowledge receipt of the device and although there was a slight adjustment in the offer for the phone, it was still a fair and acceptable amount. The payment was received within 24 hours of accepting the offer.

Took them almost 2 weeks since reciving the item them mixing up orders and them losing my phone.

They lost my phone despite me following all their instructions. Then they have not been very responsive nor helpful nor actively trying to sort the issue.

Recycle pro agreed to buy my old phone, so I sent it in. They received today.
At 17:03 I get "Thank you for selling your device to us , we have accepted your offer as your device is in good condition. You will receive your payment within next 24 hours."
AT 18:00 I get "I really apologize and regret to inform you that due to a system generated error this device was in the list of buying products while it was restricted in the system not to buy. So, please ignore our payment email and it is to inform you that we are sending your device back to you."

Absolute shower!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't reset my phone when I sent it to them but they got in touch to ask for the password and promptly let me know all was good. My payment arrived quickly. All in all a fantastic experience, especially since I hadn't followed their requests before sending it and gave them extra work.

I sold my phone to this company and it’s the worst decision I made. My phone was sent in perfect condition and I was sent photos of scratches on the screen when it ‘arrived’. They told me they would offer £250 less than they advertised then even worse when I declined the offer and asked for my phone back, they sent the phone back wrapped in bubblewrap even though i sent the phone too them in the original Apple box with all the inserts included. They advertise that they have 5 star trust pilot, this is misleading as the compare website doesn’t state this. Be very careful.

Was given a piece and little damage on phone was offered new price which was happy with . Got money in account in a few days after a little mix up . But would use again and recommend

Is this a scam company I keep sending emails to a Sam Issac and the emails keep bouncing back. They received my phone on the 15th but I still haven’t received payment. Sam messaged me a few days ago but my replies are bouncing back

Recycle Pro are rip offs. Do not use them. Their email fails and their number doesn't ring through. I have now lost my old device and there is no way to contact them. Very disappointed and disappointed with the comparison website too.

Possibly the slowest company out there to process a trade in although I’ve only used 3 others. Took nearly 4 weeks from posting the phone to actually receiving the money and they reduced the offer by £50 for a tiny scratch on the back of the phone and a small fault that wasn’t evident on sending.

Slow, unprofessional and using con tactics. Firstly, they will give you high quote, best out of others. Then they will take a week to asses the phone and come back with some rubbish findings to reduce the given quote significantly. 70% of people can't be bothered to get the handset back and sell somewhere else and majority need a quick cash, so will agree to heavily reduced amount. And that is how they operate.

I sent quite a low value phone to them, they didn't acknowledge delivery until after I contacted them to confirm they had received. I printed the order confirmation off and put it in with the phone, they tried to use the excuse that is was because I didn't use their label and paid for postage myself.

They state on their website that payment is made within 23 hours if received before 12pm, and the following working day if received after. I am outside of this timeline and still no contact from them.

Edit - this has now been resolved and they have made payment.

Did what it said on the tin. Clear, efficient and fair.

It was easy using recycle pro to trade my phones. I had my money the next day my phone arrived. I recommend it for everyone.

Recycle Pro offered the best price for my old phone and the free tracked postage label arrived within minutes of completing the simple sales process. Within 2 days of posting my phone, it had been assessed, accepted and paid for!

I had a friend refer me to this company to recucle my phone. i followed all the instructions for printing my freepost label, packaging up the parcel with my phone secure inside, attached the label and went to the post office who give you a proof of posting receipt. I sent the phone on a tuesday, by saturday the money was in my bank. Such a quick service, they even email you when the payment is due into your account then over night it was. I would reccomend to anyone wishing to recycle their old phones.

Reliable and trustworthy, would highly recommend them 100%.
