Thank you for your review, as a small business we appreciate the feedback. We're sorry to hear that the lid clips aren't satisfactory, if you have any concerns you are welcome to send us an e-mail and we can look into it to see if it is a product defect.

It's worth noting that there is an allowance/gap to ensure they will still close on the lid if the contents are high and cause the lid to sit higher.

An overall great experience

The online support chat helped me choose the right bins. They were despatched really and although one item was missing, the team responded really quickly and I received the missing item the next day. The service was friendly, helpful and professional.
