Very happy who I chat today

About the gent on the phone with me:
Pleasant combination of professionalism and empathy. I always thought it was so complicated to sort out life insurance and i just got the best experience thanks to his help. Got the best result of insurance and in such a quick and easy way.
I’m gutted I didn’t get his name but hopefully this will be viewed by him.

Though a very serious conversation to have, Ollie made it very easy and made things so clear. He was able to answer my questions with ease and left room for me to ask more questions if I had any.

Matt was very lovely and friendly, he made sure to explain everything in detail and ensured I understood each step of the application process

Owen was the epitome of excellent customer service from start to finish. Made me feel at ease while we were talking.

10/10 service.

I can now rest assured that I have a good amount of life cover in case the worse happens. And my girls will be financially stable in the case the worse happens.

I’ve struggled to even get quoted for life insurance for years to medical issues. The advisor from RED was so friendly and efficient, thorough and kind. I haven’t got a policy still as it requires so further information but it’s looking promising.
