Absolutely terrible, vapes were expired. Sent numerous emails for a refund and have had no response whatsoever. Wouldn never order from here again and would not recommend!!

One star – No item, no response, no resolution

Absolutely appalling service from Redbox Vape. I placed an order (#97449) which was marked as delivered on 10/05/25—but nothing ever arrived. I've checked with everyone in my household and neighbours, and there’s no sign of the parcel or a delivery note. Despite clearly
explaining this to customer service in an email two days ago, I’ve received no response at all.

To add insult to injury, I’m still receiving their promotional emails, yet they can’t offer the basic decency of a reply when there’s a problem with my order.

Let me be clear: if you can’t prove successful delivery beyond a tracking update, then under consumer protection laws, this is considered undelivered. The only acceptable outcome now is a full refund.

I’ll update this review if and when they finally decide to respond and resolve the issue—but at this point, I would strongly advise others to shop

Unlawful and Unacceptable – Know Your Consumer Rights

My order was marked as delivered on Saturday 10th May—yet I received nothing. I contacted the company on Monday 13th May to raise the issue, but received no response for six days. Then, on 19th May, Marcus finally replied stating I could receive a replacement—but only part of my order due to stock shortages. I requested a refund instead, only to be told I must now wait another 21 days for Royal Mail to “investigate.”

Let me be absolutely clear: this is unlawful.

According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered, the retailer is in breach of contract. Furthermore, under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, once a refund is requested due to non-receipt, the retailer is legally obligated to refund the customer within 14 days—regardless of any third-party courier investigations.

Offering a replacement and then withholding a refund unless Royal Mail confirms loss is not only unethical—it's a breach of consumer protection law.

This order cost me a substantial amount of money, and I’ve now been left chasing both the item and my refund with zero accountability from this company. Consumers deserve to be treated fairly and legally—not ignored, delayed, and misled.

Avoid this company at all costs. This experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and absolutely disgraceful.

Very happy with vapes and service

I ordered disposable vapes 2 (boxes) as they where in the clearance section because they were out of date , but they where not fit for use I could not get a good inhale on them so a complete waste of money , I understand they were expired but surely i should still be able to enjoy using them., so a complete waste of money .

I am happy with my first orders, despite the fact that some wipes were past their expiration date and some did not work at all. But overall I was satisfied with everything since they had a pretty reasonable discount. Thank you.

Very good quality cheaper than others and it's quick delivery. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I love the vapes and the delivery is fast and efficient (apart from the one delivery that had been steamed open and 2 of the vapes were missing.
The only thing I'm disappointed with us that I usually order 20 vapes at a time and there is always at least 2 that don't work.
My last order has so far had 4 that are not working and I still have about 5 left of the original 20.
I would also like to know how to redeem my points as I can't seem to do it when ordering.
