Excellent service from Reddbox and at a very decent price. The boiler engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was contacted before the engineer arrived to let me know he will be coming and once again after the servicing was done to check everything was in order.
Found out about Reddbox through Instagram and booked a boiler service during its promotion. It was an awesome experience!
Very easy to book services through the app, and once booked, I quickly received confirmation from the boiler company. The engineer attended was very professional and on time. I would definitely use this service again in the near future and love how the app allows me to organize documents and receipts for all my appliances.
Booked my gas certificate , it was convenient and hassle free . Engineer was professional and did a great job . Will definitely recommend
Reddbox is an excellent property management app. It was easy to book my EICR service. It was hassle free, great price and saved me lots of time.The engineer was professional and did a good job. Will use the app for my other service bookings soon.
I have used their service for Gas Safety Check and in one word Excellent Service. Very quick turnaround and great customer service. The engineer who visited my property was very polite and gentle.
One beauty of using Reddbox App is, once you create a profile and use their service, you can find all the relevant information and documents/certificates inside the App, which I found very handy.
All in all, am I going to use their service again, the answer is YES 100%

Recently i have taken service on electrical check and conditions in my apartment, the person was attended luke ,he is nice guy and he did well job , i felt very happy on this service provided by him .
1)he attended service by schedule time
2) he nicely monitored all the electrical equipment and current working condition
3) they replaced where ever one or two places issues was identified.
